Completely renovated and newly furnished the unit has a beautiful new, open and modern kitchen, Travertine Floors, new furnishings, three large flat screen LCD HD TVs, cable tv, wi fi connectivity, washer/ dryer, and much more.
Ocean Villas offers two large pools for all guests, an Ocean side pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool located immediately outside your rear balcony. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. Both pools have His and Hers bathrooms located poolside.
A large gazebo is located between the beach and the ocean pool. It offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun and foul weather. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs.
Ideally located, Ocean Villas Condominium Community is within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants and shopping.

family vacation

The condo was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was stained and looked dirty. The placemats that were put out on the table were dirty. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances (which we did not use), but the cookware (pots and pans) were very scratched up. We brought most of what we needed to cook with anyway. The balcony was very nice. However, the cigarette smoke from the downstairs tennant was annoying. An outdoor grill is mentioned, but is so rusted through, it is unusable. We did appreciate the owners quick response to all of our questions, especially when my daughter went to check in. We had gotten no email from the rental office on instructions, and there was no one at the office. Other than that, we had a great time. Knowing what I know going forward, I would probably rent this property again.

Labor Day

Everything was great. Last couple days they had the bigger pool closed for maintenance. Everything was great could have better Wi-Fi because we couldn’t access very much on the TV since we had issues. We will be back again. Be nice to have some coupons or something like that available to eat or entertainment.

Girl's Trip

Space was definitely big enough for 6 girl's. Bring extra TP. One half used rolls in each bathroom. Bring stand up fan, rooms get hot. Beach buggy is very dry rotted, bring your own. There is a 1/2 dollar size hole in kitchen floor. Afterstubbing toe, put rug over it. Pools and beach were great. Location great gor dining and activities.

Another Great Family Vacation

We had another wonderful stay at the Ocean Villas. We’ve been vacationing in St. Augustine as a family in the Ocean Villas Condos for 7 years now and we’ve stayed in different ones each time. This specific unit met most our needs and we really liked the location within the villas. The only thing that I would note for anyone staying is to bring your own beach towels (there was zero provided) and if you like to cook in the kitchen beware that while the kitchen has your bare minimum needs, it isn’t the best quality cookware. Also, they mean it when they say bring your own spices. There was only salt and pepper. Also, only one trash bag was provided. Usually there’s an extra bag provided to get you through. And the kitchen trash can is way too small so we filled ours up in the first meal and had not yet had a chance to get to the store to replace it. So just bring a few to have on hand for the first day or so. Other than those things the unit was clean and comfortable for my family. Also, having to go and pick up a key off property was a bit inconvenient but a quick pick up. I would recommend a keyless door to the owner or rental property management company.

Quiet get away

My family and I had a wonderful, pleasant, peaceful, fun stay at your condo. Loved the setup up of the condo and the location to both the pools and the beach. The condo was well taken care of and the landscaping was well maintained. We loved it so much! Would stay here again!!!

Independence Day vacay

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Villas. This unit is strategically located to have views of both pools and the property out towards the ocean. It is a lovely unit with great amenities and a fully stocked kitchen including a crockpot! The host is gracious and quick to provide information and responses as needed. This was our second year staying and we are planning next year’s trip!

Great Getaway!

First visit ever to St. Augustine Beach and we will be back. Perfect size condo for our family (6 adults and 2 kids - 3 & 8). Very well maintained grounds at Ocean Villas and the condo looks to have been recently upgraded. Locals said our timing was perfect as the crowds and traffic will pick up. We had zero hassles. 2nd floor unit was steps from the elevator and we easily transitioned chairs, umbrellas and coolers/snacks to the beach. Of the two pools, our youngest really enjoyed the zero depth entry. Very convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. All in all, we couldn't have asked for much better.

A very nice condo that perfectly suited our family

Loved the view of the lagoon pool. Kitchen is well stocked but could be reorganized to leave room for groceries. The sleeping arrangements are very good for a larger family. We really enjoyed our stay. Particularly liked the elevator being close by.

Awesome Rental.

Property was just as described. Honestly, no negative comments. The heated pool for cool days was awesome. Also of note the kitchen was the most stocked and available of any unit we have ever stayed in.

Little communication with property manager. I had asked to adjust the stay 3 times starting in November. I was not able to change the time and dates leading to charging me 2 days I was not there. The laundry room was not easy to find. The property was as advertised and efficient for our needs

Fabulous rental!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, amenities were great, very close to pools and easy short walk to beach. Our family of 5 loved this place. Perfect Location

The property was as described. Great location right near the heated pool. The ocean was just a short walk on the other side of the building. Very beautiful beach. Several drawers are falling apart and can't really be opened or shut easily. Other than that, everything was perfect.

1st time visitors to St. Augustine Beach

Our family of four (two teenage sons--18 and 15) enjoyed our 1st visit to St. Augustine Beach. The condo property was in a great location with restaurants, grocery, and other stores less than five minutes away. Cooler than normal temps prevented us from spending a lot of time in the ocean, but we took advantage of the nice beach, walking 2-3 miles every day. We were able to swim in the condo's heated lagoon pool, which was visible from the condo balcony. Historic downtown St. Augustine is 15 mins. away--well worth the drive to see the beautiful Cathedral Basilica and to have lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Bridge of Lions and the Matanzas River. There's a good mix of shopping and great sight-seeing in downtown, with numerous public and private parking lots in close proximity. In summary, I would definitely recommend this property (3BR; 2BA) to any family with 2-3 kids couples looking to enjoy a stay on St. A Beach and conveniently located to both grocery stores, restaurants, and the historic St. A downtown area.

Start of the best birthday week!

St.Augustine was our first stop on celebrating our child's birthday week. This place was the best place to be. Condo was so clean and beautiful! My only minor complaint is that there were no extra trash bags so we had to go buy our own. Place has two pools, one is heated and the other is perfect for kids or anyone that just wants to dip their feet in. We loved watching the koi fish in the pond around the pool. Just a few more steps more and we were at a beautiful, clean and relaxing beach. It only took a few minutes driving to get to anywhere which was great considering there was so much to see and do. This place is amazing and we highly recommend staying here. Also, try out Zoners Pizza wings and waffles, and Beachside Diner. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Owners Jim Mouhourtis and his wife Diane reside in nearby Fleming Island, Florida. They purchased the property in 2012 with the intent of offering their unit for vacation rentals.
They relocated to NE Florida in 2005 to be near Children and Grandchildren.
