We immediately knew that we wanted to one day make St Augustine our full time home. Working towards that goal we invested in what we know to be one of the best maintained and managed Condo Communities on the Beach.
Ocean ViIllas takes great pride in it's beautifully landscaped grounds, it's pools and it's location on the shores of beautiful St Augustine Beach. It has an HOA managed by the condo owners and like any property owner, they take particular care and pride in making sure that our community is well kept and always presents itself in the best fashion possible.
