Overall, we really enjoyed the property. It was clean and well maintained. The location was great for going to the beach and also local restaurants and groceries. It was very clean and had what we needed. It was also easy to get an Uber to downtown or drive.

Great place to stay. Only issue we had was a delay in getting into the condo due to delayed cleaning, but would rather get in a little late and have a clean condo vs early and it not completely cleaned. Definitely would revisit.

Been going to Ocean Villas for 26 years and this condo is top notch. Good impression right off the bat with the clean smell and cleanliness of the condo. The updates were very nice. This condo had anything and everything you would need for your stay. Being able to just walk out your front door or back door to pools and beach was nice. Especially when taking items, wagon or kids to the pool/beach. The views from the back glass doors is of the pretty lagoon and pool. The sunroom toward the front of condo is such a nice room to relax in. My teenagers loved being in there especially during those short afternoon rainstorms. The walk to the beach is short and sweet. Both of the pools are nice. The grass areas are good for the kids to play in. This condo is perfect for a family stay at the beach!!!

A truly relaxing vacation! The condo felt like a home away from home, with very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The remodel is well done. . The proximity to the sand/pool(s) made our beach days seamless. We loved brining our dog with us and the gated back porch was used daily. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This condo was fantastic. This was our third stay in St. Augustine. The first was many years ago prior to knowing VRBO and we stayed at a hotel. The second was a nice condo down the street from this location. However, when we come back to St. Augustine, we will not look around for places to stay because this place was so nice that this is where we will book no doubt. It was big enough to accommodate all of our vacation needs, it was very clean, it was right on the beach, it had everything we needed. Communication about the stay and check-in/out was easy and top notch. This condo was right at one of the locations two pools and an easy walk to the location's private access to the beach. The pool was beautiful and the pool furniture was in perfect condition. The kitchen had all of the items needed for us to be able to cook meals and the water pressure in the condo was very good. This was a great find and as I mentioned before, we will definitely book here again when we come back.

We enjoyed our trip during Spring Break. The property was easy to access and clean; the condo was great with first floor access with the pool within view of the patio. The condo was well equipped and we didn’t need anything relating to necessities. If we go back to St. Augustine, we definitely will book again!

Little Slice of Heaven

We had the BEST time in this condo. It had everything that we needed for an amazing, relaxing trip. The only negative we experienced was the parking lot. Two of the nights we returned to the condo around 9:00PM and there was one tiny parking space available. which my car could barely fit into, because my car is huge. But, the condo itself was so clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
