As you step inside, you'll be instantly welcomed by the fun and eclectic vibe of our chic 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment! Paying tribute to musical icons like Stevie Nicks, David Bowie, and Adele, the space is infused with artistic flair and personality. The Primary bedroom features a luxurious Casper King bed, while the guest room offers a comfy Casper Queen. Both rooms have dressers and spacious closets, perfect for longer stays or seasonal wardrobes. The dining table seats four, and the cozy breakfast nook for two can easily double as a workspace for remote workers. With an on-site laundry room accessible through a convenient app, washing clothes is a breeze. Fully stocked and thoughtfully designed, this rental has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay!

We are located on a busy street but don't let that deter you! It is extremely quiet in the unit (it's the furthest back from the street) AND we are SO CLOSE to so many hot Denver streets.

Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.
Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.
Complimentary cleaning is scheduled approximately 2 weeks after check-in day. For stays of 60+ days, an extra cleaning is provided around week 6. Inquire for longer stays.
Guest lease agreement required. $500 security deposit required for local guests.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.

There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
