The New Garage Mahal - A Touch Above

Why stay at the rest when you can stay at the best! Nothing like garage parking and an Elevator! This is the apartment above my newly constructed detached 3 car garage, est. 2021. Large garage with covered parking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 hide a bed, full kitchen, fireplace and an elevator (max capacity of 6). The Garage Majhal also has a full size washer and dryer. Air frying convection oven and charcoal grill & smoker. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender. 70" Samsung smart TV with surround sound stereo with Showtime, Starz and HBO Max via Hulu and Netflix also. Master bedroom has a TV as well. Ironing board, Iron, Hair Dryer, Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner. Curel lotion, Purell hand sanitizer, Olay Ultra Moisture body wash. Centrally Located. Very Walkable 81 and Very Bike able 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park sub division. The Tennyson Street shops and galleries within walking distance. A few blocks away from locally owned coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and even an ice cream shop. Even the historic Oriental theater is four blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. 10 minutes from the Stock Show and walking distance to Lakeside Amusement park. I have 1 dog and if you are up for some canine companionship I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The patio is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship.

Great Location for downtown Denver

Best VRBO ever

It was outstanding. Having a separate garage was the bomb! The elevator was very much appreciated by two senior citizens! Scott was an excellent host and provided all details to a "T". Highly recommend Scott's VRBO!!!!

Beautiful stay

This was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. Scott was really accommodating, responsive and organized with the check in process. The location was great, close enough to downtown that you could be there fast but far enough away to get away from the bustle of the city. The unit was very accessible for every age group. We loved our stay! It was spacious and very nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect VRBO

The apartment, location, and host were all excellent. We can't imagine a better experience. We hope to stay here again in the future and would recommend to all.

Clean and well equipped

This was one of cleanest VRBO's that I have stayed in so far. The kitchen drawers were very well organized and had everything that we could ask for. Scott was very friendly and responded to me right away. The beds were very comfortable and very soft sheets. He provided extra paper towels, tp hand soap and dishwashing soap which was very much appreciated. The backyard was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations!

This property is beautiful, filled with high-end amenities. The location is perfect for walking to Tennyson street. Scott was a great host and has the sweetest dog! I would most definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The place is exactly as advertised. It’s in immaculate condition and is in a neighborhood where you can easily walk to several coffee shops and restaurants. Located within a short drive to the downtown. Nice touches like modern appliances and smart TVs. We would definitely stay again

In town for a family wedding

Scott was a perfect host. We enjoyed staying at the Garage Mahal…perfectly located for various events we attended during the long weekend. We didn’t do any cooking but the unit has everything you need if you choose not to dine out.

Amazing

The property provided safe and easy access. Scott was super responsive to any questions/issues. The shower was amazing and super convenient to have full size washer/dryer. All appliances were top of line which made cooking a breeze. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Clean, very nice amenities, easy check-in/out, and quick communication with owner. Enjoyed having a garage to park in. Photos of the property are accurate. It's a quiet home/neighborhood, with easy access to the highway and getting around town. Nice restaurants w/in walking distance or a short drive away. Would highly recommend staying here.

Just the Place to Stay

This was a transition stay from 26 years in our home to 30 days before our new home. It was just perfect! Scott is very accommodating and could not be any nicer. The property was perfect!

Central Location to all things Denver

Look no further this is the spot! Quiet, perfect temp in house, clean, modern. All possible amenities…All! Dropped our kiddo at Regis, visited downtown, close to Tennyson, Highland, visited Red Rocks. Will stay here again. Thank you Scott!

Perfect stay in Denver

This property is fantastic! It is exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. My husband and I went to NFL and MLB games while in town and were able to utilize bus transportation to avoid dealing with parking near the stadiums. The property owner is friendly and responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to other couples visiting the Denver area!

Property description was very accurate. Check-in was easy and the location was ideal for trips to Regis University and Tennyson area. Modern appliances, simple temperature control, nice patio, good coffee and coffee maker, and the shower was awesome. Cool elevator too!

This luxury apartment was AWESOME!! So accommodating, perfect location, spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and communication with Scott was effortless!! We traveled with my elderly father, who has some mobility difficulties, and the elevator was very handy! You must stay here if your visiting Denver!!!

Our Stay at Scott's Place

We would highly recommend staying at Scott's place!! We stayed for two weeks as we were visiting family and meeting our new granddaughter. The apartment was perfect for our needs, close to family and anything else we needed. Definitely a “Touch Above”

Scott’s property is the perfect spot for a stay in Denver. Its’s beautifully finished - exactly like the listing. Well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed many meals at the restaurants on Tennyson Street only a short walk away. Scott was a great host and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had.
