Overall it was a great experience staying here. It’s close to all the fun on Baytowne Wharf, a nice pool and just a quick drive to the beach. Only rating the cleanliness 4 stars as the room is picked up and decently clean, but it could use a nice deep cleaning (dusty and hair on walls in bathroom), but, other than that it was perfect for a little Florida get away.

Place was great! Roomy enough for two people and clean! The unit above us had a dishwasher leak and water started leaking into our unit. Management quickly took action and moved us to another unit with no issues!

Our stay was fantastic, when we had an issue with the door code for the room and the wifi password we got an immediate response. The only thing that was not the best was the pull out couch was slightly uncomfortable due to it dipping between bars. But overall it was great! Would highly recommend to stay here.

Cute little room! We enjoyed the location, close to pool & hot tub. Room is on the smaller size for a big family but perfect for a long weekend get away for a couple. Easy check in & out process!!

Sofa was horrible. Cushions are well past worn. I complained about outside light not coming on. No one ever came to fix or show me whether I was operating it correctly. It’s a small area. Other than that and seriously, other than that, location is convenient, room was clean. Small tv.

The hosts were very accommodating with the information from entry to parking to accurately describing all things. The place was clean well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. We've been in a number of units in the area and we will definitely be back.

Perfect location

Perfect location in Baytowne Wharf walking distance to our favorite views, shopping, restaurants, and drinks. Quick drive to the beach too!

Above and Beyond

Location of food and activities is all within walking distance! Property is well taken care of and secure. Amenities are amazing! Absolutely no issues. Property owner communicated well and responded in a timely manner. We will probably never stay anywhere else :)

I brought my daughter on this vacation. I found this was absolutely perfect for us. I love that the "town" was so close. We were able to shop for items we forgot at the Sundries store. A few things I wish I would have known to bring were: extra toilet paper, extra beach towels, everything to make coffee with the Keurig machine, snacks and drinks. Small meals. Easy heat up with the microwave there. We ate at the Ruby Slipper, Slick Lips and Roberto's Pizza. We also had The Creameria ice cream. Everything was delicious. We will be back. My phone reception was not good. Apparently T-Mobile doesn't have a tower close. But luckily WiFi was an amenity that allowed app usage. I loved the lil patio we had. It was perfect for the morning cup of coffee. I woke up looking out at the beautiful scenery. The space was gorgeous. The pool was clean. The hot tub was perfect for warming up. The beach was a short tram ride away. It was extremely crowded though. You may do better driving to a public entrance. The hotels that border the beach had so many places for renting. And though that was convenient, I had brought my own. Next time I will leave those behind and rent a setup. It could be pricey but the convenience would be worth it. The water was colder than expected. But on a normal hot day it would have been perfect . It rained on our last day, so I tried to endure it anyway. But ended up going to the hot tub and that was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I plan to return next year

Room close to the pool!

We enjoyed the quick access to the pool from the room and the room had all the amenities we needed for our family. It was quiet and not much traffic in the halls even though we were right by the door to the pool. The kids slept well on the couch bed but it would probably not do so well for a grownup. I believe our little ones played with the screen door and messed it up but the owners came and fixed it for us no problem! They were on top of everything and we appreciate the lovely room and wonderful experience!

The studio was great. good location. nice outdoor patio. bed was comfy. small kitchenette had everything we needed...with the exception of coffee filters. I asked for coffee filters shortly after we checked in. No filters were supplied for the 3 days we were there. Even when I reminded them. We ended up just using a paper towel. The Wi-fi information we received via Boarding Pass was incorrect. We contacted the company representing the host again, although they were responsive, the issue was not corrected for over 24 hrs. I had to keep texting them to ensure the ball kept moving. Conclusion, space was perfect. Response time was good just don't expect anything to be taken care of if it can't happen over the phone.
