The property is in a very shaded area. The place has limited kitchen stuff and no welcome basket. It was adequate for the nights we needed. The place has some broken items like lights, kitchen cabinets, and some areas could have been cleaned better. There were lots of cobwebs, stuff under the seat cushions, dirt around the door and door frame. Overall, the place was nice and the owner was very responsive.

The house was great! Good size, clean, spacious for our whole family; we used it for our Thanksgiving dinner and had a great time. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Had minimum essentials which was fine. Kitchen towels and a rubber spatula would have been helpful.

Weekend Getaway

Wanted to get away to the lake for a quick trip. This house is great. Very clean and great to gather in. The dock is a short 2 minute walk and provided tons of fun for all. Owner was very nice and quick to reply.

Nice roomy house. Host was very responsive and helpful. Just a few minor issues such as washer was out but will be addressed after our stay, dock ladder needed repairing, limited linens, towels, and kitchen items. All minor and easily addressed. Nice quiet dock area on the lake.

INACCURATE PHOTOS - ANT INESTATION - BROKEN DOCK - BLACK MOLDWe booked this rental for a 2 night stay to celebrate a birthday. We quickly realized many of the photos were outdated. There were numerous health and safety hazards and the host pretended he didn't know about / didn't think were a big deal. Made host aware of these issues during stay and was offered no resolution. He uses AI to respond and no interest in fixing the property. It has been escalated to VRBO since he doesn't see why we are requesting a refund.-ANTS: They come and go but there is an infestation. On Saturday the stairway and kitchen were crawling with hundreds. By Sunday morning, they infested the bedroom and were crawling all over the bed ON THE GUESTS IN BED.-BLACK MOLD: Tons of it on the ceiling in the main floor bathroom. It was also present in the other two bathroom ceilings and the basement shower.-PATIO & DOCK - Both in a completely different condition than the photos! Both were nasty and not enjoyable. The dock has a broken/missing plank which is very dangerous. Hope you like Joro spiders as well because they are EVERYWHERE.-BROKEN FANS: Basement bed fan didnt work. The attic room fan was completely broken in pieces.-MASTER BEDROOM: Heavily stained carpet. Looks like someone puked all over it. Rug rolls up and trips you.-OTHER: Marks all over walls. Diaper under couch, socks upstairs, missing items we were told were there for use (larger cutting boards), and the list goes on.
