This property was exactly what my family needed for our annual lake day. The house fit all 20 of us without feeling crowded. The dock in the secluded cove was well maintained. Renting the golf cart was worth the extra expense. Getting people and all their stuff to and from the dock. Would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic place with a great setup for hanging out and living the lake life. Our boys had the time of their lives, will definitely come back!

It was a comfortable house for our family to relax. The lake is a steep walk for older people like my Mom, but it was doable with a little help. The host was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean are ready for us.

A lovely home in a breathtaking setting! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked if you plan to cook. We prepared almost all meals there and found just about everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping space, outdoor sitting and relaxing areas for taking in the view, and close to everything! Avdhesh was a wonderful host; responsive, supportive, and helpful. If you choose this home for your visit to Lake Lanier, you'll find it spacious and comfortable. Not to mention the hot tub and fire pit which were added bonuses that added an extra touch of relaxation! We would absolutely consider a return trip!

The host was very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. The space was great and the view was amazing! Cute trail to the docking area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect size and great for a larger group. Great cove with dock on the lake!

Last minute communications on the property made it difficult to update other participants traveling from other areas of the country. automated messaging .. no awareness of the problems on the property.No air conditioning om lower level of property which contained 3 out of 5 bedrooms. The owner had refused to fix air conditioner in past (Per property mgmt)2 large dead rats removed form ceiling that had death smell from the moment we arrived. Rats were in traps... the owner need of the issue and did not check traps

From the moment we walked through the door I knew I wanted make sure that I wrote a review on this home. I thought an appropriate title could be "A can of paint, some magic erasers and a pressure sprayer could go a long way in this house". oh how I wish I could give a home with such great bones a makeover and deep clean. The walls were covered in filth. The kitchen cabinets were so disgusting I used a paper towel to open them. The freezer handle was missing and the kitchen was very poorly stocked, unless you count 3 bags of opened marshmallows in various cabinets. The runner on the stairs was beyonf disgusting as well. I was grateful that the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms (not the walls) seemed fairly clean. The furniture was decent as well but I just could not get past the filth. There was a broken down boat trailer in the driveway making it difficult to park. Flat tires, and rotted wood, it was an eyesore. Then we rented the filthy golf cart which came complete with an equally filthy cooler full of someones left over beverages. The boat dock stairs were covered in so many cobwebs I am not sure how you could even get to the top deck without a thorough cleaning. I could go on, but I think you get the point. If you want to take a vacation where you will spend your time cleaning, this is the place for you. If you want to relax and not feel gross then look elsewhere.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed the house! Plenty of space! My husband and kids love fishing, the deck was a little far from the house but we enjoyed the lake

Summer Lake trip

We definitely had an enjoyable stay here. We spent most time down at the dock floating in the lake while some of us took our boat out. The property was large enough for all 9 of us to sleep comfortably.

Clean, spacious, easy

The host made our stay nice and easy. Very simple check in and check out process. The property was very clean and we didn't run into any issues while we were there. We will definitely consider this property for the next time we make the trip to lake lanier!

Lake Lanier

There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

What a beautiful home! We stayed here for a holiday weekend. There were 7 adults and 1 child. The house fit us perfectly and there was room for at least 2 more people. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bathrooms had towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Nice touch! The views of the lake were amazing! We used the hot tub as well which was wonderful!I highly recommend this place! Everything is close by and there’s a lot to do in this area! We ventured to Helen and Dahlonega which were both beautiful places to visit. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

After leaving a perfectly clean house with only laundry left, we were charged for a broken mirror that WE DID NOT BREAK! DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE. The owner is telling us to request our money from VRBO. Totally scamming them!

Quiet, spacious, deep water double decked dock provides excellent view and access to lake islands. Great for families with kids.
