We spent Labor Day weekend at this beautiful home. House was spotless and the owner has provided everything you need to enjoy your stay. This area of the lake is beautiful! We will definitely be back!

This house and location was amazing for a family vacation. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Close to shopping and any stores you need too. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice location, very nice house, lot and dock. If you plan on renting a boat, you will be very happy that the walk to the dock is fairly flat. We have rented for 5 years in a row and hope to do the same next year.

The house and location are incredible. Plenty of space for 2 families of 4 to comfortably live. The house had plenty of necessary kitchen and living supplies which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Our stay in Northlake Paradise on Lake Lanier was wonderful . My family had a great time . The lake view was awesome . Great neighborhood super quiet. We will come back in summer time to enjoy all the aquatic sports .

The interior of the home was great, spacious, clean and was stocked with everything needed. The games downstairs along with the kayaks, basketball hoop and outdoor games are an added bonus. The space is perfect for a large family. The exterior of the house needed pressure washed, the front entry was dirty with a lot of fly activity. The patio area in the back was spacious with fans but the grill is falling apart on the inside and the furniture in the back is beat up. We didn’t even bother to use the the swim spa, there was too many rules and the furniture and deck area was dirty and not kept up.The lake is beautiful, we enjoyed the use of the kayaks.

We had a wonderful time as we always do on our family vacation! Overall and for the most part things were good. There’s plenty of space, the home is beautiful, and the host responds in an appropriate time frame. The price point was a bit high and the “pool/spa” left a little to be desired. That area has not been kept up very well as it wasn’t as clean as the house and the furniture wasn’t usable as it was dry rotted and dirty. I understand this is part of things being outside but also to charge for a pool and it not be completely usable is slightly misleading. The walk to the lake is very manageable.

Great home!

Amazing house. It’s so well stocked and large enough for a big family. The furnishings are comfortable and it feels like a home and not just a rental piece of property. Convenient location to grocery shopping and restaurants.

We had friends visit from up North. The house is very spacious and well appointed. The dock is great. Everyone had a great time!

Great stay at Northlake

I have stayed at this property 3 times and the most recent stay was again wonderful. The property is clean and complete with everything needed. Very nice property, fairly level walk to the dock (important to me as I had elderly guests). Also get dock!

Loved it!

Our second stay in this home and we had a wonderful time. We even got lucky with the weather, only one rain shower the entire week. Spent lots of time in the water and relaxing on the dock. I highly recommend this property!

Lake Stay

Its a beautiful house, well stocked, comfortable for everyone. Dock was great for boat and 2 jetskis. Ramps were very close. Only issue was pool, spa was not clean or useable on arrival and throughout our stay. We reserved it for 9 nights but left a day early.

Girls weekend

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and location was great. Good access to the lake and house is equipped well. We would go back! Only issue was the hardwood floors were dirty. Beds were great too!

Fun Family Getaway

This house was perfect for a long family lake vacation. And it is pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dogs along so that they could enjoy the lake too! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the house is well stocked with kitchen necessities, lake toys, etc. The owner is very easy to work with for check-in, questions during our stay, and for check-out. Would definitely recommend!

All amenities included!

We’ve never stayed at a better stocked, clean & convenient home. We wanted for nothing and the house is even better than described. Communication with management was nearly instantaneous. Great experience!

This was the 3rd time my extended family and I spent a week at the house. It was as good as before. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Fairly flat yard to the lake so it was good for elderly to get to the lake. Dock is spacious and solid. Nice area at the end of the dock to get in the water and a substantial ladder for exiting the lake.

Beautiful views & location

The layout was amazing...places to gather and places to escape for alone time. The life-size uno game and air hockey were added bonuses for my grandkids. Kayaks and lake were fun. Grass a bit long, but yard was just reseeded and its been a bit rainy. Great views of the lake and sunsets. Beds were comfy. The hostess was very helpful and kind. We would love to stay at this property again
