The location of the unit is great . close to everything. Having the garage is a big plus.The view of the lake from the unit really adds to the relaxation we had.

Excellent location. Great host response when the WiFi or TV didn’t work but still couldn’t get it to work. I finally unplugged it and it came on. Would definitely stay there again however I feel they should have a book detailing the house rules and instructions. Also there are a lot of steps so it may not be a good place if you have trouble walking.

Our stay at Ann's townhome in Watkins Glen was very nice. The home was very spacious and clean! There were essential supplies provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dish detergent. Also the location was perfect for us as we walked to the State Park on the other side of town.Be aware that there is quit a bit of traffic and commercial truck noise during the day as the property sits right next to a major road but it was quiet during the evening so we did not have a problem with sleeping.We spent a bit of time inside as the weather was not the greatest (rainy and dreary) so we would recommend updating the indoor couch furniture and also the outdoor chairs (metal) for more comfort. In addition, we really enjoy the wonderful communal fireplace that was lake front in the evenings when it wasn't raining. We highly recommend staying at this property!

In my opinion, Ann’s place is the ideal location because you get the best of everything: lake view, proximity to downtown shops and restaurants and all Seneca Lake wineries/breweries/distilleries are just a short drive/Uber/bus ride. We will be back!

Condo was very clean and had a nice view of the marina. Our host, Ann, was easy to reach and quick to respond. We were within walking distance to the marina harbor and town, as well as several restaurants. Enjoyed a great meal on the patio at Glen Harbor Inn and drinks at Seneca Harbor Station. It was a 5-star stay except for the fairly heavy traffic/noise at night. Train was not an issue. We would stay again.

Ann was a great Host and provided excellent information. The home was super clean, the beds were great and we had all of the amenities needed. The best parts were the awesome view and great location with access to everything!
