As a golfing group of 4, the property was a great place to stay at, especially so close to Magnolia Grove on the RTJ Trail. Krystal was an awesome host, and by the sound of it, property amenities will be getting even better in the near future.

We stayed in the house for two weeks for our kid's tournament. The house is located in a very convenient location, five to ten minutes to everything. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. They were all very clean during our stay. The kitchen has everything. Our host Krystal was very responsive through the app (though as someone less used to the app, texts would have worked better, but this is not on our host). The washer and dryer were of high quality and they are efficient. The AC was strong and it kept us cool and dry. We also drove to downtown area for some delicious food. USS Alabama was a hit too. Overall it was a fantastic trip, and we want to thank Krystal for her hospitality and prompt response and help!

We had a great stay and Krystal was an excellent host. There were a few minor glitches, but Krystal was always responsive and addressed everyone. My only reccomendation would be to add a true sleeper sofa in place of one of the futon sleeper.

My husband's aunt passed away, so we and a bunch of family members were all headed to the Mobile area from different parts of the U.S. for her memorial service. We opted to get a VRBO with my husband's siblings, instead of separate hotel rooms, so that we could spend more quality time together... and this house was perfect for that! Both the house and the fenced-in backyard were well-kept, the living room was indeed very cozy (super comfy couch!), the kitchen table was a nice size for board games (which we brought with us from home) or cards, and the sun room with the massage chairs was an added bonus! (I started my morning off with a cup of coffee and a massage before the rest of the group was awake!) Krystal, our host, was incredibly responsive and gracious. And the location was pretty perfect for our needs--a short drive from Walmart, near the airport, and close to a bunch of restaurants.I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, if we're ever back in Mobile with a group!

I believe that I must love God, myself, and others (in that order). I LOVE to travel, dance, speak Spanish, watch movies, and bless others. I love being a host and truly enjoy giving that southern hospitality to all of my guests.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I bought this home thinking I needed somewhere close to South's campus as I was planning on going to medical school there. I also knew that they would eventually build a football stadium on campus in which they did! I ended up becoming a nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing instead of a medical doctor though.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

When you stay at KK's House on the Hill, you immediately feel at home. It's a home that I loved for 10 years and filled with love. In addition, there are several areas for families to bond but also have their space in the home. The back yard is especially fun to gather and bond during your stay.
