So glad you had amazing stay and enjoyed. We would love to have you back to any of my 16 properties!! Scottsdalestays

Hi Patrick, Thank you for the wonderful review and for choosing ScottsdaleStays for your family trip. We’re so glad the estate worked well for your entire group and that your grandchildren were able to fully enjoy all the outdoor activities and open space. These homes are specifically designed to give large families the ability to stay together comfortably without feeling crowded — something that is very difficult to achieve with traditional hotel accommodations. It’s especially rewarding to hear the shaded patio and gathering spaces helped create lasting family memories. Comments like yours are exactly why we continue investing so heavily into creating private resort-style estates for large groups. Many guests are amazed they can comfortably accommodate 20 family members in a multimillion-dollar private estate with expansive outdoor amenities for a cost often comparable to reserving just a handful of resort hotel rooms in Scottsdale. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to host your family again in the future. ScottsdaleStays

Jake, thank you for staying with us. We’re glad your group enjoyed the backyard, pool, pickleball, and location, and we’d be happy to welcome you back. We’re sorry the upstairs felt warm during the day. We also want to clarify the kitchen setup for future guests: the main refrigerator is approximately three times the size of a standard home refrigerator, and the home has a second full-size refrigerator with a freezer. We’ll review the listing photos so they accurately show the appliances currently at the estate. Thank you again for your feedback. ScottsdaleStays

Truly appreciate the 5 star review. So glad your large groups had so much fun at one of the best estates available in Scottsdale. Would love to host you again. Remember as a return guest you could save thousands on another stay. Scottsdalestays

Hi Jacob, Thank you for the great review—we really appreciate you sharing your experience! We’re glad the home worked well for your corporate event and that the back patio made for a great meeting space. Also happy to hear our team was able to resolve the kitchen plumbing issue right away—that’s exactly the level of responsiveness we aim for. At ScottsdaleStays, we focus on providing a seamless, resort-style experience for groups of all kinds, including corporate retreats, with full-time local service staff ready to assist whenever needed. We’d love to host you and your team again next time—thank you again for choosing us! ScottsdaleStays Team

Really appreciate the 5 star review and so glad everything worked out so well for your very large groups and we could provide one of the only estates in the country large enough for so many people. It's like getting a whole luxury resort! Please join us again. Scottsdalestays

Thanks so much for your lovely 5 star review. Glad you liked all the amenities of a 4 million dollar estate and that our full time maintenance was on top of things. Sure is nice having them for our guests Scottsdalestays

So glad the 13 adults in your group got to stay in an estate very few could ever afford (only 1% of all Americans according to the last National Home Builders Association 2024) for much less nightly than you would have paid for multiple hotels rooms. I have a net worth of over 25 million and love the home, finishing and furniture. I personal think it is one of the nicest overall vacation estates in the whole USA especially for large groups for anyone smart enough to look at the completely accurate pictures. Find your critiquing quite hilarious and unintelligent to be very honest. Sorry for my honesty. But as one of the largest owners in the country. We really don’t need or want every reservation. Too many Karen’s out there that we would love to avoid. Scottsdalestays

Caroline, yes the 4 million dollar estate has many items to do outside for your large group of 24 trying to minimize your travel costs and getting a ridiculous last minute special. To bad you can't read, look at accurate pictures or have such limited funds. as one of the largest owners in Scottsdale we really do not want to rent to everyone. Now that rates are accurate (not the last minute deal your group of 24 got) we will rent to a better clientele that can afford to heat the pool or buy propane or rent a highchair and understand the value they are receiving. You were also never paid for trash removal. Amazing how incredibly simple some guests can be. Scottsdalestays

The estate is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best in the world for larger groups. Too bad YOU never took the time to read the short detailed description or called customer service for anything during your stay. Your group paid a little over $100/night each when any comparable hotel in this area was $1000-$1500/night. So in reality you save $15,000 a night and stay in an estate usually only affordable for the top 1% of the population (National Home Builders 2024 Report) Then leave a 3 star review because YOU DID NOT READ the description when you booked. As one of the largest owners in the country we are crystal clear about everything in our description. We also get 95% 5 star reviews from our regular client (that read) for over 15 years now. But amazing how the 5% who leave these poor reviews are all exactly the same kind of people (based on the experience of the 100,000 guests we have hosted) Scottsdalestays

Hi Carrie, Thank you so much for the amazing review! We’re thrilled your large family gathering went so smoothly and that everyone was able to enjoy the home’s layout, beds, and quiet sleep areas while still having fun in the common spaces. We love hearing that the backyard was the highlight—between the pool, waterslide, pickleball, cornhole, basketball, firepit, and ambience of the hanging lights, it sounds like your group truly made the most of everything the home offers. We also appreciate your feedback on outdoor seating and TV streaming—it’s always helpful as we continue to refine the guest experience. At ScottsdaleStays, we take pride in providing spacious, well-maintained homes with responsive, full-time local service staff ready to assist at a moment’s notice. It’s our goal to make every stay feel like a private resort experience—and it sounds like your family made it exactly that! We’d love to host you again for your next family vacation—thank you for choosing us! Warm regards, ScottsdaleStays Team

Thank you, Syed, for your five-star review! We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay at the Grand Chateau—one of ScottsdaleStays’ largest and most impressive private resort estates. With 12 bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a spectacular $500,000 resort-style pool with waterslide, grotto and spa, plus pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball and mini golf, the estate is designed to deliver an unforgettable Scottsdale experience for large groups. We truly appreciate your business and hope to welcome you back to the Grand Chateau or another ScottsdaleStays estate soon! —ScottsdaleStays

Hi Cheri, Thank you for your stay and for the 8/10 rating—we truly appreciate it! Wasn’t it nice staying in a $3 million estate for the same rate as a few hotel rooms in this highly coveted area? We hope you were able to enjoy the space, privacy, and amenities that make our homes so special. While we always strive for a 5-star experience, we’re glad to know you had a positive visit overall. If there’s anything we could have done to make your stay even better, we’d love to hear your feedback. At ScottsdaleStays, we’re continually working to improve our homes and guest experience, with full-time local service staff ready to assist every step of the way. We hope to host you again in the future! Warm regards, ScottsdaleStays Team
