Extremely convenient access to Wells Beach is what this vacation spot has to offer. The home is directly across the street from beautiful Wells beach (Two houses down from Public way #2 leading right to the beach). This relaxing vacation spot is fully furnished and features two private bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. A large living area features a queen sized sleep sofa to sleep a total of six in the unit. Large wraparound windows abound in the front living area allowing cool ocean breezes to pass through and the beautiful beach sun to add lots of light. The living area features a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player (for vacation family movies). The house is also equipped with wifi for the kids or business (if you just can't get completely away). A large kitchen area with eat in nook for family meals is very convenient, The kitchen comes fully equipped with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the eating and cooking utensils you could ever need. The bathroom was completely renovated and features tile floor and a tiled shower with a tub (great for washing up the little ones.) The outside of the unit has as many amenities as the inside. A large fenced in yard (Rare so close to the beach) provides the kids a place to run/play off that vacation energy and the adults a nice place to sit and relax. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. There is convenient, no hassle off street parking for two cars. The home is in walking distance of ice cream/lunch/breakfast at Forbes restaurant, shops and the arcade (for the kids). This unit is one of multiple units within the home. The opportunity exists for large/multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent side by side units or upper and lower units. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved how close it was to the beach walk way! Only thing that I’d want is a AC for the hot weather being on the 2nd floor.

David was a terrific host and very responsive. The apartment was clean and is so well situated for easy access to the beach and stores at the bottom of Mile Road. It’s a cozy place to stay, with very comfortable mattresses, and with several spaces for relaxing and eating including a dining room nook and living room. The bathroom is recently renovated which is great. We also appreciated the back yard which has a grill, chairs and tables for the residents of the whole building. The hosepipe to rinse sand off your feet after the beach is very useful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wells Vacation

My family had a wonderful stay at David’s property for the 4th of July holiday. Everything was as expected and we were all very pleased with our accommodations. Looking forward to staying at another property of David’s in the future!

The perfect location

I went to Wells to watch my daughter run in a marathon. The rental was in the perfect location to maximize the number of locations where we could view her race.

Great time in Maine

Great location!! Right across the street from the beach which gives you easy access and quick trip back to the house if you need anything. Place has newer updates which was great and plenty of storage for your belongings throughout the house. Great for a family of 4! Would t definitely book again!

Wonderful beach getaway

David was a responsive host for any questions that we had during our stay. The location was a short walk to the beach and made it convenient to walk to local stores, restaurants, and was safe for running along the road. The house had all the necessary amenities and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly vacation home.

Great location! Atlantic Ocean just steps away!

As long as you don't want to book the same week as me, I highly recommend this rental! The location cannot be beat! Landlord VERY quickly responded to my only question . . . IF you can find a better location I dare you!

Great Location

A well maintained, cute beach house apartment across the street from the beach. It’s not a big unit but other than the narrow hallway, did not feel cramped even with 4 adults. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future. The host David was responsive to questions.

We completely renovated the kitchen of this unit just prior to this guests arrival. We had added a brand new microwave to this unit and a licensed master electrician had wired this new microwave. Turns out the breaker was bad and needed replacement. Our electrician replaced the breaker with a new one during our guests stay. We added more pots to the kitchen for future guests

Super emplacement

Belle plage à deux pas. Lits confortables, tout était fonctionnel dans l'appartement. Un seul point négatif: la cuisine si on a l'intention de prendre les repas à l'appartement. Pas de place (la cafetière et le grille-pain sont sur le frigo. Pas d'endroit où ranger les victuailles. Une armoire avec beaucoup trop de vaisselle en plastique mais probablement que c'est pratique pour aller manger dans la cour. Ceci étant dit, j'y retournerais.

Awesome location to beach

Great vaca. Everything you needed. Host was responsive. My only complaint would be the mattress and couches. But doable. I’d definitely definitely stay again. How can you beat a street width to the beach.

September Getaway

This is the second time staying at this rental property. It is very convenient to the beach and well appointed with everything that I needed. David was responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this rental.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Right at the beach!!!!

My family and I have vacationed in Wells beach for countless summers. We rented over a dozen different properties. All the properties we rented required us to pack all our beach gear in the car, fight the traffic and cross our fingers we would find a parking spot. If we could find a spot, it was often the typical $15/day. Then we would load all our 'beach gear' on our shoulders and make the walk to the beach. At times it was frustrating. Bathroom breaks were always an adventure. When we decided to purchase a home in Wells, we wanted to be right by the ocean. 66 Atlantic Ave has been very convenient. It is two houses down from Public Way #2 (No walking up or down Atlantic Ave to reach the nearest Public Way). Bathroom calls are no longer a problem and anything we forgot to bring with us was just across the street. 66 Atlantic is also extremely close to Wells Beach 'Center.' If you want a newspaper or a snack, the convenience store is right there. If the kids want to go to the arcade, get an ice cream or visit the candy store, they are right there. Great views of all the comings and goings on Atlantic Avenue from sunroom/living room with lots of windows. Right across the street from the Sandy Wells Beach
