Welcome to East Coastin', a charming coastal 2-bedroom, 1-bath standalone cottage just 1 mile from the breathtaking Wells Beach- One of Maine's 7 mile pristine sandy beaches. East Coastin’ features all new furniture and new sunroom flooring for 2026. This is a brand-new listing! The coastal themed cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a queen pillow top mattress in the master and two full pillow top mattresses in the second bedroom. Stay connected with Wifi and enjoy your favorite shows and streaming apps on the Roku smart tv's located in the living room and in both bedrooms. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower (no tub).
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a homestyle meal or enjoy takeout at one of the many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. Enjoy dinner at the island complete with two stools or on the sun deck with an expandable table set for 2, which expands to seat 4. The front porch offers additional seating to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The community offers a shared seasonal heated pool, hot tub, (both open Memorial Day weekend - September 15th) basketball court, laundry room, playground and games and books for your enjoyment. The cottage rental comes complete with two assigned parking spaces #10.

-Keypad on door.
- Management is located on-site.
- Registration must take place to register vehicles. (Office hours are 9 am - 4 pm on 4/15-5/21 and 9/7-10/15 and 9 am - 7 pm on 5/22-9/6).
Other things to note:
-The cottage is 675 sq ft including the sun room.
-Must be 21 & older to book, for insurance & property management reasons.
-No Smoking.
-No events, parties or large gatherings.
-No pets allowed.
-No loud music.
-A.C and Heat is only in the living room.
- Ceiling Fans are located in the sun room, both bedrooms and the living room.
- Additional fans are in both bedrooms.
- Two beach chairs are provided.

- Seasonal outdoor pool and hot-tub, Laundry Room, Playground & Basketball Court

East coastin’ was the perfect location and was a great place to stay for me and my family! The pool was a daily stop and was incredibly clean. The cottage itself was stocked with essentials and everything else you need is within minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a girls trip with my mom and sister. We loved it! The cottage was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It looks exactly as pictured. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Such a beautiful area as well, the locals are so welcoming. If you are thinking of booking a stay here - do it!

We found the property very clean, comfortable, cozy and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We felt safe and neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Our host Johnny was wonderful as far as answering any questions we had. The cottage was immaculate & anything you might need was there as far as supplies, utensils, plenty towels, etc. The beach was just down road as we're restaurants, grocery store & some unique antique stores, novelty places. There were 3 grown women that stayed here & plenty of room. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent! If you're looking for a charming, spotless ,cozy cottage close to great shopping and restaurants, & the beautiful shores of Maine look no further! Situated between Ogunquit & Kennebunkport this cottage was a great place to spend time with my sister.Really well stocked with everything you need .We will definitely look forward to coming back.Highly recommended !

I would definitely recommend East Coastin cottage! The place is so cute and cozy. The entire cottage was very clean. The decor and furniture were very costal. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen & bathroom were perfect. There is a pool and hot tub too. There are restaurants and shops near by, and the beach is just a short drive away. Its the perfect location. We definitely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back. Johnny was very helpful and replied immediately. Best wishes to you Johnny. Until next time! 10 Stars!
