Perfect location. So convenient to the beach plus comfortable quiet back yard. Furnished with everything we could need for our stay. Very comfortable, looking to stay again!

We had a great stay! The property was in perfect condition when we arrived. We had a view of the ocean from the living room and beautiful views and sunsets on the marsh in the backyard/back patio. We enjoyed having space in the back away from the street with young kids. We were able to meet Cindy & Alan who were absolutely wonderful, they have done a great job with the property. Loved having access to on site laundry as well. 10/10

The beach access was perfect, we could hear the waves crashing from our rental, it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner had great communication, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! It was even more beautiful in person!

Perfect vacation

Everything was perfect! The owners are very friendly. And the location is perfect ! Just in front of the ocean. We will come back :)

The house was newly remodeled, had all the essentials needed, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room are open with plenty of seating and space. The fire pit in the yard was a great place to watch the sunset. The hosts were very accommodating! We had a great week.

Wells Beach Gem

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Wells Beach home. Steps from the ocean, beautiful marsh sunsets and a wonderful back patio! This house had everything and more! We can’t wait to return next year with our family!

Quiet Escape

The house was very clean comfortable and clearly cared for. The owners were kind and attentive. The quick walk to the beach was ideal for our early morning walks. I even saw seals swimming on the beach at dawn. The evening sunsets on the marsh are stunning. We saw crane, blue heron and even an eagle foraging in the marsh. Our family had a wonderful visit!!

Pristine!

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. It was in perfect condition. Extremely clean. You can’t beat the location with private way to the beach directly across the street. With little ones, being able to quickly run back and forth from beach to cottage in less than a minute was very convenient! Host was friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend staying here! :)

great spot

loved the location and nice clean house. Cynthia was easy to reach and helpful. However, NO LINENS OR TOWELS are provided and this should have been made clear and obvious in the listing. Not a nice surprise upon arrival.
