The Peaceful Perch is a lakefront retreat nestled among the trees overlooking Lake Anna. The Peaceful Perch is located in a gated community on the public side of Lake Anna. Lake Anna is one of the largest freshwater inland reservoirs in Virginia, covering an area of 13,000 acres.

This comfortable three-bedroom, three-bath home is designed to accommodate a large family or two smaller families. The bedrooms and dining area can accommodate up to 10 people,(6 adults/4 children), with play areas and quiet spaces for both adults and kids. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a full bath. Each of the main floor bedrooms have a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The upstairs master suite has a queen bed and full bath and its own private covered lakeside balcony for a cozy, quiet respite away from indoor household activities or just relaxing. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in downstairs basement recreation room and a 3rd full bathroom.
The main level provides ample connected space for socializing while cooking, dining, listening to music or watching movies/TV. With a WIFI Connection you can log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or other entertainment Apps on TVs on the main floor and in the lower recreation room. There is also a slate pool table in the downstairs recreation room.
Opening one of the three sliding glass doors on the window wall expands the living area onto a large deck, with its outdoor chairs and lounges. Enjoy relaxing on the massive deck that overlooks the lake. The deck also includes a gas grill and dining tables with chairs to expand dining options. The balance of sun and shade make the deck an inviting space for relaxation throughout the day and evening. Perfect for entertaining!
A walk down the staircase (consisting of 88 steps) takes you to a deep-water boat dock that has electricity and a 10 x 10 area at the end of the dock provides ample space for sun bathing or relaxing between swims. The dock is located is in a No-Wake cove that is nice for floating in the water lounges/tubes. The No-Wake zone opens into a larger cove that is away from the main lake and is perfect for kayaking or paddle boarding. Its a great location for tubing with small children.
You can put your boat and/or jet skis in the water at NO COST at the nearby Pine Harbour community boat ramp and keep your boat conveniently at the house dock for the extent of your stay. In addition, there are many local businesses that will rent boats on a daily or weekly basis.
We provide one double kayak, 2 single kayaks and 2 paddle boards, as well as many floating options such as, tubes, lounges and noodles.
There is a gas firepit on the deck and a wood burning firepit in the front yard for roasting marshmallows, smores or otherwise extending a relaxing day into the night with a glass of wine, beer or your favorite beverage.

House Rules:
To ensure your sense of security cameras are located on the exterior of the home. Do not touch the cameras or you will forfeit your security deposit.
NO cooking over the gas fire pit-on the deck
Indoor wood stove- NOT for guest use.
When using the wood fire pit, please make sure that the hose is on and close by when using and make certain to not leave a fire unsupervised due to fire risk. Make sure the fire is out before leaving the area. No wood provided.
No Life Vest Provided

Outdoor Activities:
The No-Wake zone opens into a large cove that is away from the main lake and is perfect for learning the paddle board or just relaxing in the water lounges. It is a great location for tubing with small children.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
