The fully fenced yard was fantastic for our wandering dog. The proximity to Flagstaff was great and the price was on point considering the property has 3 bedrooms.

The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We definitely enjoyed the added perks of the outdoor space such as the hot tub and lounge chairs. Kristin was very communicative and answered the few questions we did have. We would definitely recommend this place!

Delightful home under the stars! Everything you need and beautifully decorated. We only had one night here, but would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience with this home! It's located in a beautiful, quiet area with great views of the mountains and the night sky. The hot tub, outdoor games, and indoor entertainment options were all fantastic additions. The house was very clean and cozy, and we would definitely stay again!

The Host was extremely easy to work with and excellent at answering questions and getting back to us in a very timely manner. The property was stocked very well including two coffeepots, plenty of towels and amenities. We were in Flagstaff for a rodeo and a wedding, this house was located very closely to both which was a big plus!!

Great location for exploring area. Home was clean and well decorated. Kitchen was really well stocked. Hot tub and fire pit were nice after long days exploring.

The property is lovely and provided a great escape for us and our dog. She loved the fenced yard and being able to roam freely. The hot tub and fire pit are great amenities too and perfect for cool evenings. The home is very clean and well furnished. We found everything we needed easily. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time at the house/on property when not out exploring. The home is conveniently located too (just off the interstate), but also in a quiet and seemingly safe area. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The place was just as described. My kids loved that everything was labeled in the kitchen which made everything easy to find. Having the hot tub after long days of exploring was great! Kristin was a great communicative host and i would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely spot! The arcade machine is a nice touch.My only nitpick is that the water is super hard and the coffee machine and showerheads could do with descaling. But that's a minor point!

Thank you for that feedback. We do have really hard water and we descale once a month. We are going to start descaling twice a month to help that.

Kristin was a communicative and thoughtful host, she prepared personal touches for our arrival and stay, and checked in on us throughout, including a heads up on an incoming winter storm! Her home was very comfortable for our family of 4. We had everything we needed and it felt great to arrive back to a cozy spot after long days adventuring around northern AZ!
