Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Airbnb, located steps away from The Fairgrounds. Just 10 minutes from the quarter, this location is your ticket to the heart of the Big Easy's festivities. After a day of exploring all the city has to offer, indulge in the delights of Esplanade Ridge's charming restaurants, just a stroll away. Make sure to visit Parkway Tavern and Bakery for a famous New Orleans Po'boy. With local culture right at your doorstep, your New Orleans adventure awaits!
Located just a 5-minute drive from the City Park streetcar station! Hop on and enjoy a scenic route to the city!
Walk up a small flight of stairs onto the front patio to enter this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property is a "shotgun" style home with the owner living in the left unit. After entering the right door, you'll walk into the living room which leads into the first bedroom. The bathroom immediately follows on the right-hand side and leads into the kitchen and dining space. The second bedroom follows which also leads into the laundry area.
The guest has access to the entire home including the private driveway.
