However, we do provide a starter set of amenities to help with the essentials when you first arrive. We understand that some other homes may offer extra supplies, and we appreciate your understanding on this. We also sincerely apologize for the cleaning oversight you mentioned regarding sand under the rug and the press-on nails. That is certainly not up to our usual standards, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We're truly sorry that the hot tub wasn't working for the remainder of your stay. We will have this checked to make sure it’s in proper working order for future guests.
