Easy check in and out process. Very attentive host, great communication. Excellent location! Walkable to everything we wanted. Unfortunately internet/wifi did not work for the entirety of our trip. Would definitely return, having access to the pool, beach, tram was great!

House was great! Celebrated our youngest daughter’s 21st and the property had plenty of room for the five of us. Beautiful and a close walk to the beach and restaurants!

Beautiful house in the Seacrest community! Karen was great to communicate with and super responsive too. She was also accommodating for check in and check out which was greatly appreciated. The house is huge and very well maintained. It was spotless when we checked in and they did provide essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher tab, paper towels, etc.) which is always appreciated. 10/10 would recommend and come back.

The home was perfectly located, being close to the entrance made our walk to the beach and restaurants a lot shorter, less than 7 minute walk to restaurants with a baby! We were originally concerned about being near the entrance but, not being the main entrance we had minimal foot and vehicle traffic, did not notice, it is a non-issue. The host was easy to work with, she reached out via text to see if we needed anything. The pool area is fantastic, kids and adults will love it. There are multiple balcony's and decks to enjoy your meals or just relax. You can see the gulf from the third floor decks. We especially enjoyed not having neighbors on the left side of the house, all the trees and greenery added to the relaxing feeling. We would definitely book again. Thank you, Karen!

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was amazing, very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect. The house was exactly as pictured, and the entire community was so cute and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible week in Seacrest Beach! The location of the home is so convenient being right along 30a, but the trees and foliage next to the home give it lots of privacy. We enjoyed the rooftop deck most evenings and felt the home was very clean and comfortable.

A beautiful, roomy and well- appointed home in the center of everything. Easily walk or bike to both Rosemary and Alys Beach/town. Having access to pool as well as tram to beach is super convenient.Karen is a wonderful host that provides all info you need to know about the area. Stop looking, this is the one to book!

The amenities were wonderful and Karen was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We just wish the lagoon pool was heated since we went in October, but the beach/ ocean were a perfect temperature. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved everything about our stay! Our host was very communicative and went above and beyond for our stay making sure we had everything we needed! All amenities were conveniently located. We loved our location. We hope to be back!!

Great stay

This house was perfect for our vacation. Clean, easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shops, and just off the 30A bike path. Karen was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful experience in Rosemary beach

My wife and I stayed here for an long weekend and it was just an absolute joy. Proximity to Alys beach and Rosemary was perfect. Great restaurants, easy beach access, and the property itself has wonderful gulf views and plenty of space. Our host was wonderful with communication and we will be booking again in the future very soon!

This property is perfectly located with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is just across 30A which makes it very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need for your stay. Karen, our host, was very responsive to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions I had about the area and the house. We loved this house and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Our location was close to the pool, tram, shopping, and the beach. The multiple balconies were awesome. The third floor was our favorite with balconies on each side with a nice view of the gulf. We thought Seacrest was less busy than Seaside and preferred this location. Karen, our property manager, was especially helpful and accommodating to our needs. We definitely will return!

Perfect in every way

Host was on top of everything, constant communication. Home is beautiful and in a perfect spot between Rosemary, Aly's, pool, shopping and beach. Highly recommend this listing.

Perfect 30A Getaway

We had a wonderful week staying at Southern Waves! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Everything was in perfect proximity—beach access, shops, restaurants—it couldn’t have been more convenient.Karen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, quickly answering any questions we had and making the whole process easy and stress-free.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We are so glad you had a wonderful stay! We try to stock the house with everything our guests could use. Even though we live in Tampa and just a short drive to the beach - we drive 6 hours to 30A because its our happy place. Thanks for the great review.

Great experience

The house was beautiful and very clean. I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and it met my standards. Karen was easy to work with and very responsive.

Perfect family vacation! Beautiful home and perfect location to walk to everything! My 5 year old gasped “Oh my gosh!” when she got to the top of the “Princess Tower” and saw the view!

That is my favorite spot in the morning and evening - it is so peaceful. Our adult children still talk about the great family talks on the third floor balconies. Now they have kiddos now who will hopefully love it as much as your 5 year old.
