Enjoy the sunrise and peaceful ocean views from your private balcony at The Salty Spaniel, a second floor Colony by the Sea condo. This cozy, comfortable semi-oceanfront condo is the perfect location for your family vacation. This well-maintained unit is just 175 feet to the beach access. Perfect for small families!
When you stay at The Salty Spaniel you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy all the community amenities of Colony by the Sea. The oceanfront pool has large sundecks with grilling areas and picnic tables nearby. Community tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground areas are great for wearing out the kids and access to the community Wi-Fi will keep you connected to home! A coin-operated laundry facility is also available. Please note, the community pool closes on October 15, 2024.
Please note, mattress size for daybed in alcove is not a normal twin size, it is 5 feet in length.
There is no elevator available at this unit or building.
