Eddie was a great host with quick response to any correspondence plus letting me know I could check in a little early was really appreciated. The condo has been nicely updated with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. A great location on the sound and central to Kitty Hawk. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to OBX.

We had a great stay! The condo was well stocked with everything we could need, including games and books about the Outer Banks. The patio was nice for watching the sunset over the Sound and drinking coffee in the morning! We picked this property because my mother has mobility issues and can’t handle the huge staircases most OBX properties have, but the short staircase with handrails was manageable for her.

Host was so sweet and gave great recommendations for the area. Everything we needed for a great stay was included. It was so nice, there was even a sound machine in the bedroom. I enjoyed every part of this stay. Big thanks to the host!

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. Everything went smoothly and the place is beautiful and that sunset! Such a special treat. Will stay here again for sure.

Property was spotless which is our most important thing when traveling. Two bathrooms were great for two couples. Guest bathroom could use a little TLC but again was clean and had everything needed. Host responded quickly to answer any questions. We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this property again!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Everything you need in kitchen to make your own meals, which we did. Sunsets could not be beat. Could upgrade bed sheets. Host always got back to us promptly when we had questions. Pool was a delight.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean and modern. We loved the decor. The whole area was very quiet (especially for peak vacation season) but centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Access to the pool was a huge benefit and during our stay the pool was never crowded. The sunset views over the sound could not be beat, we even ordered take out for dinner one evening to skip the restaurant wait and enjoy the sunset. A few things made a good stay into a great stay- great shower pressure, very comfortable mattresses, and a very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely recommend this condo, a great value for the money.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the sound was scenic and peaceful. We saw various types of birds and even some deer outside the unit. The bike path was convenient for walking to explore the area. Communication by the host was helpful and easy.
