Perfect Beachfront Cottage, loads of charm!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house, lots of windows, open floor plan with plenty of seating to relax, large dining table, TV's in every room, beautiful bathroom, and large washer/dryer. Best location on the beach!! Shopping and restaurants within walking and short driving distance. No neighbors on one side, outstanding deck overlooking the ocean, right on the beach, dog friendly. Couldn't be better.

The deck is where we spent most of our time with great tall comfy chairs where you could see for miles up and down the beach! Nice umbrella for some shade. Beautiful views!!!! Our pup loved it too! Thank you so much, coming back next year!

Really could not have asked for a more spectacular spot—right on the beach with hardly a neighbor to speak of. A big deck and umbrella—all you need for your day. And the pictures of the cottage don’t do it justice—super cute and current renovations with great picture windows, a perfect perch for our dog. We’ll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love being at the beach barn. It is now our third year in a row and it is nice to feel as if we are "at home" during our stay. The view and the cozy, relaxed feel of the house is everything. It is always very clean when we arrive. We really appreciated the new umbrella and table on the deck!!! Will be back in October and can't wait!

Our favorite place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying in this house, which would indicate that we really like it! The location right on the beach is perfect - it is literally right out the back door off the deck. The deck is perfect for hanging out, especially with the large umbrella to block some of the sun when needed. Tall bistro chairs and table make for great watching the ocean and beach. All inside and outside amenities are as pictured, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. As an added plus, The Beach Barn is dog-friendly. The gates on the deck are very helpful in keeping your furry friend where they should be. Everything was clean and we had great service from the property management company. We'll be back in 2027!

Girls Trip 2023!

Me long time friend and loved the location, the view and the proximity to restaurants and things to do. The weather was wonderful and even go to see the dolphins! It was a wonderful girls trip!

Our happy place !!

Despite being there during humberto and imelda and not getting to enjoy sitting on the deck as much as usual because of the winds we love being there. Our pup loves being there as well. We will be back next year.

Steps away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was everything we hoped for and more. It was very clean, well maintained and more spacious than the pictures revealed. We had a special vacation as a family including our 13 year old puppy! It was short drive to the many fabulous restaurants and the location was superb with the beach and ocean at our disposal. We read the book with the detailed history of the home and we felt blessed to spend our time at this wonderful place.

The Beach Barn was exactly what we were looking for - just two of us, dog-friendly and directly on the beach. It has all of the amenities we need, is very comfy, has a fabulous deck and allows us to bring our very well-behaved furry family member. We love it and plan to stay here again next summer!

The Beach Barn Exceeded Expectations

Sitting on the deck was so peaceful with the waves crashing super close. Great furnishings and very comfortable. The size was perfect for Me, my wife and our boxer. We'll be back for sure!! Loved the properties history book as well.
