Inside, sink into the plush king-sized bed that promises a restful sleep after a day of urban exploration. No need to worry about your entertainment needs - you're sorted with a smart TV featuring Hulu Live, HBO, and Hulu Streaming.
Don your chef's hat in the compact, yet well-equipped kitchen, functional with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and other cooking supplies. Serve your culinary heart's content on the inviting dining table, or go alfresco in our delightful outdoor area under the stars.
Step outside to discover an enchanting outdoor space complete with a fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining furniture. This space invites relaxation, BBQ grills, and sharing travel tales under Salt Lake City’s beautiful sky.
Guests with a work agenda will find a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails or preparing for that significant business meeting. An iron and ironing board are on-hand to prep your business attire. Should you travel with little ones, we also provide a Pack and Play, high-quality stroller, and high chair, to keep the smallest members of the family comfortable.
Your comfort is guaranteed with additional amenities like a washer and dryer, free parking, heating and air conditioning, hangers, a hairdryer, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Our self-check-in process with a smart lock ensures an effortless entry to your retreat. A unique door code will be provided upon booking for access to the apartment which is fully designated for your use throughout your stay. Feel free to enjoy the lovely yard, outdoor dining area, and a fire pit, perfect for stargazing nights. Free street parking is available right outside the building, with an additional designated parking spot in the nearby alley.

While you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, rest assured we're always a message away for assistance or local recommendations. We're here to ensure your stay in our haven is comfortable and enjoyable.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.
Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.
Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not responsible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.
Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.
Pets
1. Pets are not allowed, and service animals should be disclosed prior to arrival. Unapproved pets will result in a minimum $250 fee in addition to any cleaning costs, or cost to replace damaged or broken items caused by the pet.
Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door lock, remotes, smoke detectors, seccurity devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
