Summerwind is a historic cottage built in 1926 but renovated in 2024. It will immediately feel like home. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a private pool and gated parking! Play ping pong or foosball in our air conditioned garage. It’s a short walk (3 blocks) to the beach and local restaurants. Central to everything; just a 5-minutes from nearly every attraction (Strand, pleasure pier, cruise port). Or just spend the day at our private pool.

The house was built in April 1926 for Richard Stelter. He lived there with his family for many years. At one time, this lot was on a multi-acre parcel extending from Avenue Q 1/2 through 31st Street. The house is a Galveston Gem and has been restored to its early American design. It has the best of both worlds—the historic home charm but with all of the modern amenities such as a chef's kitchen, new central air-conditioning, smart TVs and super fast WiFi! This house is a historic beauty that you do not want to miss!
