Nestled on Hutchinson Island, the barrier island of Fort Pierce, this charming condo provides a perfect beach getaway! It features a main living area with a smart TV so you have a place to relax and unwind; a kitchen with granite countertops, full size appliances, dishes, cookware and island seating; a cozy bedroom with an adjustable king bed and another smart TV; and a recently remodeled bathroom in soothing neutral colors including a shower with pebble tile floor. The sofa bed in the living room pulls out for additional sleeping space if needed. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and super cool AC (heat also available). There is an extra vanity just outside the bathroom so you can both be getting ready at the same time. Located in the amazing, lushly landscaped Ocean Village community with 24 hour manned security gate, staying here gives you a serene and secure feeling. You will have access to many amenities including tennis, pickleball (new courts are now open!), 9 hole/par 3 golf course, bocce, 4 pools (including the resort-style main pool and tiki bar), community center and gym, on-site restaurant, and last but not least, an amazing stretch of beautiful beach right on the Atlantic Ocean! Hi! I'm Paula, originally from Louisville, KY. The beach has always called me and now I feel so fortunate to have this beach condo and share that experience with others. Ocean Village is a unique community with many resort-style amenities in addition to a beach that is less crowded than many coastal communities. I hope you will treasure your time here as I do.

The semi-private beach is the main draw, but it’s also amazing that Ocean Village has so much to offer that you can spend all of your time here. The resort-style amenities are all within a short walk from my condo. There are more restaurants and shops within a couple miles if you want to venture out. The Farmers’ Market (Saturdays) and popular 2nd Street area are both about a 15 minute drive and offer more places to shop, eat and drink.

Coastal decor welcomes you to the beach! I want my condo to be your oasis at the end of each day of enjoying all the Ocean Village amenities! Bathroom and kitchen are updated. Super cool A/C! The person who cleans my property is a true professional who takes her job very seriously so you can be confident the place will be safe and clean. This is not just a business for me. It is my home away from home. I want every guest to feel at home here too. My goal is to provide you with 5-star service and make this the place you return to every year!
