Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an elevator, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, snacks, beverages, and more. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind in this chic oasis. Walking distance to Children's Hospital, West Penn Hospital, Bloomfield, The Strip and Lawrenceville. A 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown. My boyfriend and I both enjoy hosting and design. We wanted a place that we would want to stay in!

Love the location as we are near all the action but not in the center of it! We are on the bike path, walking distance to Children's and West Penn hospitals, the Strip District, downtown Lawrenceville and only a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown Pittsburgh for all stadiums and music venues.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We are a brand new build on the bike path, in a great location of Lawrenceville and have a beautiful view of the city. We have 10 foot ceilings with open ductwork for an industrial aesthetic, state of the art kitchen with granite, island and all new KitchenAid appliances.
