This brilliant townhome in Charlotte offers a tremendous stay for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, including a bathtub and hair dryer, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The additional living room space with a sofa bed adds extra comfort for your stay.
Immediately upon entering the living room you will be able to sit on a lavish
real Italian leather sofa. The living room is spacious and not crowded, the dining
area is new and plush and have sitting for four. The kitchen have quartz counter
tops.

Peaceful place

Nice place that is close to the speedway but out of the chaos. Little fenced in patio was great.

We had a terrific stay. The house had everything we needed. My wife fell in love with the new oven and all of the appliances/TV's worked great. The sheets and towels were super soft and smelled so good. We will be coming to Greensboro to visit family a few times a year and we hope that Iris will have us!

Great for a family vacation

We enjoyed our weekend in Greensboro in Grannie Bert's Place. Home was very clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and lots of room for the family. Irish left snacks and bottled water ... she made the place very homey and comfortable. Thanks!

Very clean and homely! Instructions were clear. Entrance is easy and fast WiFi were pleasant surprises. The little details go a long way...bottled water, a toy chest for the kids and pans for cooking. Looking forward to repeat business! Great stay

Great place!!

This house is such a nice and comfortable place to stay! Very very clean and the space is fabulous- easy lay out. Irish is lovely! And she even has a nice back patio area to sit outside. Extra bonus is the near by restaurants that are delicious! and you can walk too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Irish!!!

Beautiful Home

Home is located in beautiful neighborhood close to everything. The house has more than enough room for your family get together or any occasion. Everything is provided. Irish made sure you didn't lack for anything and was very helpful. I highly recommend the home.

Perfect house for our trip

Irish was a wonderful hostess and very accommodating. She was so kind to get baby items for our baby at the last minute so we didn't have to travel with them, and the snacks provided were much appreciated! The house fit our needs very well and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the box of toys! Location is very close to town and restaurants, including a Starbucks for morning coffee.

Just like being at home.

Well kept and maintained with any essential needed. Quiet neiborhood in the middle of the city that gives the feeling of country dwelling. Everything that it was advertised to be. Owner gave great communication.

Quiet, Spacious and Accomendating

We were in Greensboro for business and needed something to accommodate my cousin, my husband and myself for four nights...The home is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is full sized and well stocked. The neighborhood was pleasant and close to restaurants and shopping. Our host was accessable and helpful. We will stay here again. Thank you very much

Family vacation

My family and I stayed for a full week to spend time with my sister who lives in Greensboro. We were not far from all that was fun and exciting. There is a Walmart for Food and home products. There are restaurants and parks. Bowling, pizza, Wet and Wild. Every family should go to Celebration Station. Thanks Irish for allowing us to stay in your home

Comfortable home in a lovely quiet neighborhood

Irish made us feel so welcome in her lovely well kept home. The home is located in a great neighborhood and area near Greensboro. We appreciate the attention to details such as a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The home was very clean. Thank you for the complimentary coffee and bottled water and Krispt Kreme dinuts!

Nice quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly as advertized. Very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac so there is no street traffic. Fairly dated but I imagine at one point in time this was the neighborhood to be in. It met our needs perfectly.

Definitely home away from home

My family and me stayed here during my niece's graduation and loved it. There was a lot of room for everyone without running into one another. (7 of us stayed here) We mostly stayed out on the deck in the backyard which was very spacious. This house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Greensboro. Didn't get to meet the owner, but wish I had so I could have told her in person how much we enjoyed staying here. Great house.
