Perfect location and plenty of space for 6 adults. Convenient to shops and restaurants not to mention the beautiful beach across the street. Bonus was a two car garage we got to use.

Fantastic location. Directly across the street from the beach and an easy walk to Carlsbad Village. Able to see the ocean from the kitchen/family room and porch. Neat spacious layout with 4 levels. Clean and appears to be newly remodeled. Parking was convenient with option to park in garage or right in front of unit. Host promptly responded to questions.

This property is well located to the beach access with plenty of beach towels but they were wet!Between 3 adults we had 4 bath towels....that's it. No face or hand towels.It did not look like the bedrooms were clean. We found cut toenail clippings on the floor and dirty towels under the bed.The kitchen needs new pots and pans and more silverware.

Great Holiday Visit

We loved our visit over the holidays. The place was very roomy and clean. Nicely decorated too. Walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to great restaurants and Carlsbad Village. We will definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and well supplied. Had a couple of minor issues when we arrived. Owner was very nice, responded quickly and took care of the issues quickly. Bad timing for us, construction on walkway across from the unit. Could not see the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Beautiful little house right across from the beach. It has been renovated and is in great shape. Owner was easy to communicate with. Simple check in and check out. Would recommend to anyone. The only thing I would say is a minor negative is the size of the bathroom toilet areas. They are Kind of a snug fit. Other than that. 5 star and go stay there. You will love it.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was right across from the beach. The location was perfect. we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for a confortable stay. We enjoyed sittng on the balcony with the view of the ocean. The hot tub was an added bonus. The two car garage was so great. We will being staying here again.

Great location and nice place!

Our family of 4 just spent 9 nights at this great home. The location was perfect with a crosswalk close by to get to the beach and a short walk into town. The front deck was spacious and had comfy chairs and had perfect views of the ocean and sunset. The inside was recently renovated and nicely decorated. The backyard had a hot tub, new turf, and a brand new Weber grill. Elizabeth was quick to reply with any questions and helpful during our stay.

The sunsets were stunning and listening to the ocean waves crash on the beach from my bed was amazing. We did not use the hot tub. The hostess responded to a request for extra hangers which was very nice. She also brought a couple of mirrors for the 1st floor bedrooms which was appreciated since there were none in the rooms. I think the maid service may need a little nudge. But overall the stay was great. Would stay again. Thank you.

The place was beautiful, right across the street from the beach. It was perfect!! I’m not quite sure about the maid service. The floors were filthy, our feet got black from walking around on the floors. It just didn’t smell clean when we arrived. It looked clean. There wasn’t enough toilet paper. The view and location made up for everything that was unpleasing. All in all I had the best 70th birthday!!

The property is very nice and the location is perfect. The view of the ocean from the front patio is amazing. The house is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is stocked and there are beach chairs and toys and boogie boards. The Jacuzzi is really nice and works. We would definitely rent this house again. The two car garage was also a big plus and fit our Chevy Tahoe and our Toyota Land Cruiser.

This is our second time staying here with our family and once again did not disappoint!! Beautiful kitchen and wonderful oceanfront views. Such a pleasure to sit on the deck in the mornings and hear the waves crashing and birds singing. Definitely coming back!
