The property was so close to everything. We never used our car. The train horn took a little getting used to. It had all the comforts of home including quality bathroom products and a nice TV.

Great communication with host. My questions were answered very quickly. The entire space was clean and nicely stocked. Parking is secure and off the street. Great location for easy access to shopping, exploring and the beach. Highly recommend both host and the condo!

The host was extremely helpful and responded to all texts within minutes. The condo is well located and once at the property you never need to use your vehicle during your entire stay. Everything from the beach to dining is walking distance

Perfect Carlsbad Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO condo! Super clean and the location was fantastic! Communication with the owner was easy and her response time was quick! Our family (ages 23-55) highly recommend this place!

Carlsbad Spring Break

Property was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Property manager was fantastic to work with and we will definitely keep this on the list for our next visit.
