This house is definitely GORGEOUS!! It was clean and huuuge! Perfect for a huge family! My issue with this company, is at this big house, you only give 1 roll of toilet paper? 2 garbage bags? For a house so big and expensive I would expect a little more love. They are money hungry. Mind you, no one is booking these expensive places on a regular basis, so I knew at check in that no one had booked the previous day. I request for an early check in. After spending so much money already, they still want you to pay extra. Why not be courteous and accommodate? It’s about customer service, but with them it’s greed. THE BIGGEST ISSUE! At 10:56am we basically was being kicked out. Mind you we’re already leaving literally packaging all our stuff loading up, I get a text saying we need to leave because the cleaners are at the door. I mean technically we still had 4 minutes. And there was no cleaners at the door. They lied. Basically rushed us out! I don’t like that! Just bring your own toilet paper and trash bags and be out way before check out time. You’ll be fine. But I’ll never book here again.
