This pet-friendly Algoma NEWLY RENOVATED 2024 MODERN LOFT boasts 2,000 SF of space for entertaining. 2nd floor-No elevator. Impressive full service bar, built in ice machine, beer cooler, built in microwave, and a chef’s kitchen with any and all high end appliances, multiple kitchen and bar peninsulas, high tops and a table that folds open to seat 12 ppl. Two roomy bedrooms with king beds and walk in closets. Modern meets this historic building with 10 foot ceilings and a New York MOD feel! Note: no elevator to access this second floor loft. The large living room boasts a modern fireplace with a sofa bed and futon as well as a second parlor room offering extra sleeping space with a full size+ futon. Guests can relax and unwind with amenities like WiFi, an electric fireplace, soaking glass tub, laundry facility, heating & AC, and an outdoor deck. We also offer a storage room on the 1st floor to store your outdoor activity items. Enjoy the complimentary beach gear and bicycles available for guest use at no charge! Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We also offer a private chef venue experience that can be added to any stay! Great weekend getaway. Host is communicative and made sure we were happy. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Was an easy trip to Door County from Algoma.

Just a fabulous space - clean and very well appointed. Pet friendly including dog beds! We truly enjoyed our stay and it’s obvious Kristine put a lot of thought into the design and features. Will absolutely be back! Was great for two couples - each had their own space while able to enjoy the bar and TV areas together.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Loft! The interior is beautiful and has every amenity you may need, It’s within walking distance to the lakefront & restaurants. Great location to explore the city! We especially loved the upper patio; it was our dog’s favorite too!

The pet friendly luxury loft has everything you need for a perfect stay. It is a super clean unit with high end amenities. We will definitely be back next year.

Kristine's loft was terrific, spacious, fully equipped, and centrally located. She provided recommendations for our requests and was easy and quick to communicate with. We highly recommend her loft to others looking to stay in Algoma!!!

Lux Loft is an appropriate name for this great place in Downtown Alogoma. Kristine welcomed us when we arrived at the Loft and showed us atound and gave us some details for our stay. The loft definitely has a high end features. We had plenty of room for our family weekend. We enjoyed soending the evenings on the rooftop deck. We like staying in Algoma. Downtown has so much small town charm. You can easily walk everywhere. It's not as busy and crowded as Door County but close enough to spend time there also.

Perfect July 4th get away!

We decided somewhat last minute to go north for the 4th and what a find! This was a great place for our group, had lots of space and all the amenities we could need. The outdoor patio was a great space to grill and hangout. It was an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. Loved that we could bring our dog as well!

Kristine was definitely a five star host with a five star property! She has thought of everything, even the things you didn't know you needed! If you forgot something? I'm sure she's got it. We were in town for the kite festival, Soar on the Shore, she also had beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, sunscreen, coolers, you name it, she had it. We were able to pack very light. The location of this property could not have been better, very centrally located, we walked to everything and never used our car once. I had a question about how to lock the door, I texted Kristine and she got back to me within the minute. Thank you so much for a fabulous day Kristine! We will definitely be back

The loft is beautiful. We had a two night stay for Shanty Days weekend with 6 adults and two children, and this rental was perfect. The layout is great for both time as a group and having separate sleeping spaces with privacy. The property was spotless and had every amenity we could have needed for the stay. The communication with the host was seamless and prompt. We will absolutely book this again.

Outstanding!

My group of friends needed a spot to stay for a wedding in the area, and this place stood out immediately! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this spot was for an apartment, as 8 of us were able to find comfortable sleeping spots without issue. Very easy to get in and out, and everything was fully stocked - kitchen supplies, towels, etc. and even bicycles! Very easy to walk to the supermarket or any bar in town. We had zero issues and will certainly be back if we ever revisit the area!

Beautiful Property

The Luxe Loft was even more beautiful then described and everything was very modern and clean. It is located right downtown so you can walk around town and enjoy all the shops, restaurants and murals. We took advantage of the private chef and had hot appetizers delivered to the property. It not only tasted delicious the presentation was amazing. Kristine was very attentive to our questions and respectful of our time in the space. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us plenty of fun things to check out. We would definitely stay at the Luxe Loft again.

As the name suggests, The Luxe loft was luxurious with all the amenities for a perfect stay. Kitchen was amazing and we loved both the kitchen and the bar. The loft has a contemporary decor that matched our taste and liking. Check-in process was simple and Kristine helped with a detailed video on the check in process as she could not meet us in person due to our late arrival. The property is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the leisurely walks around the neighborhood with our pet.The dart board was the center of attraction for us and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Kristine has kept minute details (like spares for the darts, if they broke during play) in mind while decorating and furnishing the place. Will definitely return again and recommend this place to friends.

The best stay in town!

Where luxury meets comfort! This place has it all. There is a little something for everyone whether you’re on a guys trip, a ladies getaway, or with family. It is a double sided loft that is pet friendly like the pictures show with king size beds that are very comfortable, the bathrooms are there own spa like retreat with a gorgeous soaking bathtub and a ring light vanity to get your makeup just right. The accommodations are endless… you can cook in a chief like kitchen or grill out on the back patio you can shake a drink or make the perfect old fashioned with the big ice. There is pub tables to play cards or board games there’s a dart board. Two big screen, TVs You really never need to leave unless you wanna check out the cute town or take a walk on the boardwalk by the lake everything is just a few steps away. My family and I can’t wait to stay again this summer!!

WOW! That was our first reaction walking into The Luxe Loft. Every room was tastefully decorated and and every little detail covered to make this a luxury vacation stay.My wife is a professional bartender and an amateur chef. She loved both the bar and kitchen, complete with every tool you could think of, plus wonderful accessories.The master bedroom was so comfortable and had a gorgeous walk in closet.The living rooms were very nice for late evening movies with the fireplace going.The rooftop garden deck was so inviting. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening toddy.We loved the location in downtown Algoma. It was a short walk to Lake Michigan, shops, restaurants and bars. Also, our host, Kristine, couldn't have been nicer!The whole stay was an experience of relaxation and fun combined. The Luxe Loft was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary, and we are already talking about planning a friend's vacation another time.

Kristine (the owner) was very responsive to our messages. The property is spacious with a kitchen well-stocked with cooking utensils & spices. The pictures of the place are true to form.
