This home is in the heart of Sunday River, less than 2 minutes to South Ridge in the Snow Village neighborhood. We are ready to welcome guests for the 2025-26 season at our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Perfect for a skiing weekend with friends and family!

Start your morning with a snowy view of the beautiful birch trees and wooded scenery while you heat up your coffee in our fully-equipped kitchen. Many delicious breakfast spots in nearby Bethel or scoot around the corner (literally) to South Ridge to get in some morning runs!

After a full day on the slopes come back and relax in our home that is well equipped for up to 8-10 people! We have a separate hang out space in the lower level with a TV, living room, foosball table, bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs we have an open concept living/dining room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ready to apres ski or enjoy a delicious dinner, you are minutes away from the Foggy Goggle, Matterhorn, Steam Mill, Sunday River Brewing Company and more! (we have a great list of restaurants and things to do/see that we will provide)

Main floor (upstairs): The primary bedroom offers a king bed, large closet with ensuite bathroom and shower. A bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a bedroom with a full bed. These two bedrooms share a common bathroom with a tub shower.
Lower level: Living room, foosball table, kitchen, bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom with shower.
Also heated garage, large deck and outdoor firepit.
