Located near the Matterhorn, this home was perfect for our two families. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and a hot tub. Easy check out.

Great location, lots of room

Very clean and roomy house near Sunday River. House has everything you need for a long stay. Host communications were clear and helpful, would stay again.

Great house, great location

Mark was very responsive, and a good host. House was very nice, clean, and overall a nice experience. Would recommend this property!

Ski Weekend 2023

My friends and I were fortunate enough to spend our annual ski weekend here. Couldn’t beat the location and price! Communication was super easy, and we had a blast!

The house is beautiful and immaculate. Mark was east to get ahold of and check in was super simple. Would stay here again

Perfect location and beautiful accommodation!

The house couldn’t have been in a better location and there was sooo much space we could have fit more people if needed while still not feeling squished or like we didn’t have our own space. It definitely gave off a cozy ski cabin vibe (just bigger). And the hot tub was a definite bonus! Would stay there again for sure!!

Great house and excellent location!

We were back in Maine for our annual Sunday River weekend after missing out last year (thanks, Covid). The house was perfect— close to everything but felt like we were far away. Gas fireplace, hot tub, ping pong— we’ll definitely be back next year!

Great house under new ownership

The home is under new ownership and they are aware that there is deferred maintenance in need of attention. The home has a great layout and accommodates the guest totals very comfortably. They also afforded flexibility on check in and check out which was appreciated.

Family holiday trip to Sunday River

Great communication with property manager. Layout of home is perfect for a family vacation. All necessities are present. Hot tub is great after a day of skiing.

Comfortable and Clean

Nice place to get away and relax. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Didn’t use the hot tub, but it’s a great perk and got a lot of fun time in with the kids playing ping pong. Nice area, though I wish there were more restaurants available nearby.

Return Trip

We loved this cabin so much 2 years ago decided to stay again. Slightly more worn than the last time, but clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the cabin directly next door was a bit close for our personal liking, but still give the property 5 stars overall.
