Beautiful direct gulf views from this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sitting on our beautiful sugar sand beach. Grab your towel and soak up some wonderful Florida sunshine or walk miles down the beach listening to waves and watching dolphins, coastal birds and our magnificent sunsets. You can take a dip in your large heated pool or rent a boat from the nearby marina and go fishing!

Sandarac 309B is a wonderful vacation condo - the pictures speak for themselves. The open floor plan Living Area has been newly furnished with comfy furniture and a large screen TV. Plenty of room to dine with the family - there's a large dining table for 4 and a breakfast bar for 2. The large, beautiful, newly remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and cabinets, dishware and cookware. Special feature of this Kitchen is a spot for working remotely. And all rooms look directly out to the screened in lanai with a fabulous direct Gulf view. You can enjoy our spectacular weather just by sitting out on the lanai and relaxing for hours.

Down the hall, there's the Master Bedroom featuring a comfortable King bed, its own TV, a beautiful beach view from the window and a full Master Bath. The beautifully remodeled Master Bath has a Walk In Shower.

The Guest Bedroom has a one Single Bed and a Bunk Bed with a Double Bed and Single Bed, its own TV and the remodeled Guest Bath with a tub/shower combo is right next door. There's even a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer - so no going home with dirty laundry!

For your convenience, there's FREE wifi in the unit, building elevator, and on-site parking. PLEASE NOTE: TVs are smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon and Disney available. THERE ARE NO OTHER TV SERVICES AVAILABLE.

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction work ongoing at the Sandarac complex. The lobby area is being repaired and parts of the parking area contain construction supplies. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
