Lovely home!

We loved staying in this well appointed home. It is convenient to many excellent restaurants and bakeries. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Very good location! Loved that there was bottled water in the fridge for us! Good space & great kitchen! Bed in one bedroom was really hard. Arms on 2 of the dining room chairs were broken. Futon couch & two chairs in living room were horribly uncomfortable - need to be replaced. Need more bath towels. Air conditioner in living area was not working. Air conditioner in bedroom was leaking/condensation running into room. We did put a bowl under it but then had to empty the bowl 4 times a day. Critter traps outside front door were quite distressing - small animal trapped in there to die in the heat. Shower drips constantly.

The Bunny Art House was a perfect location for our stay and everything we needed was provided. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Restaurants within walking distance were an extra nice perk.Aklilu was an attentive host and even helped us unload our vehicle after a long day of driving which we very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at The Bunny Art House and will be planning a return visit.

Convenient and lovely

Perfect location for what we wanted. Short walking distance to a great bar and ice cream shop. Only about a 10 minute ride to the convention center. The only comment I would have is I was unaware we would have upstairs neighbors. They were just fine, but maybe include this in the description of the property.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

The Bunny Arthouse was a wonderful place for my family to stay in South Minneapolis. It is close to everything we wanted to do, very clean and well-stocked with all necessities and some extras. Check-in and check-out were so easy, and street parking right outside was convenient. This is the bottom of a duplex, so we did hear the upstairs neighbors when they were home. It is also close enough to their airport that you can hear and see planes frequently (which our kids loved, but if you’re sensitive to sound this may be helpful to know). Nokomis and Minnehaha Parkway nearby are a dream, and the cafe down the street just offer so much more to this great apartment.

Kathryn and her family were ideal guests, exceeding our hopes of any guest. They treated the apartment and grounds with utmost respect and appreciation. They make hosting enjoyable. We would welcome them back again and again.

A beautiful, private first floor of a house that is reminiscent of family friend's house in Prospect Park. Lu is an incredibly responsive & friendly host. We had a minor issue with the house that any home owner would understand. He offered help above & beyond what I consider necessary.It is a well stocked house with all the stuff you need to make & take food with. There is a full pantry, though some of the items are nearing their BB dates likely due to guests being polite and not using them. Ziplock bags, ice, whatever you need it is likely in there. There is also a ton of games stocked.Lastly, there is a beautiful yard & garden (with colourful bunnies!) with nice quiet nooks to sit down and read, draw, or whatever you choose.I would recommend this to anyone who needs a nice place to be a for a while with two bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bunny house for our Kesha concert 8/3. The bottom part of the house we had was quaint and cute. Clean and had so many amenities that we appreciated since we drove in from South Dakota! Thank you so much for an amazing place to stay! CUTEST neighborhood!

My two teens and I enjoyed staying at the Bunny Art House while in Minneapolis visiting family. The home is conveniently located near shops and Minnehaha Creak, and in a pretty neighborhood. The house has a lot of character and is nicely decorated. The beds are comfy and the kitchen had what we needed to cook basic meals. The host was easy to contact.

Loved the character of the Bunny House! Very clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the city, airport, and all of the places we needed to go. Good restaurants within walking area. Very responsive.
