Welcome to this charming, sun-soaked one-story residence nestled in a peaceful neighborhood.
On the main level, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms adorned with beautiful hardwood floors. Our fully equipped kitchen is at your service, boasting a gas range, microwave, and dishwasher for your culinary needs. And a full bathroom is for easy accessibility.
A handy office space is thoughtfully arranged on the lower level, along with a laundry room, and a second bathroom with a shower. High speed internet with WiFi, Smart and cable TV, offering a variety of cable channels. Central heating and AC to keep the room in a comfy temperature year-round. Smoke and CO2 alarms in place for your safety. Step outside to the private deck and patio, the perfect spots to enjoy our yard.

The property was very clean and worked perfectly for our family (2 adults 2 kids). Our girls loved the coloring things in the basement! This location is perfect for Mall of America and the State Fair. We had a blast and everything was within a short drive.

We had a perfect stay! The owner provided all the amenities you could think of needing. The neighborhood was nice and stores were located conveniently near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Not much comfortable seating in the living area, but it was fine. Also, there is a nice TV and couch area in the basement. We didn't utilize that but it's a cool spot to watch TV if you're wanting a more comfortable sitting area. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. I would stay here again for sure.

Great place!

This house was very comfortable for our stay in the Minneapolis area. It was comfortable and clean. A very quaint neighborhood and we all felt safe! Sue was wonderful to communicate with and met all of our needs!!

Nice location, clean, comfortable. Was a little smaller than we anticipated. Would have been nice to have living room seating for 4 people (as they have 2 bedrooms). Had to use dining room chairs as living room seating.

Great neighborhood; pleasant property

Our suggestions would be to put some kind of dressers/drawers in the bedrooms; adding rigs to the LR and BR’s; adding a chair to the LR and BE; and adding a bathmat to the BA

Spacious, quiet, convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Retreat Haven. It fit our group of 3 adults very well. The basement became a man cave for the male of our group. The three ladies had their own bedrooms. The property was very clean and well maintained. It also had ample plates and cutlery. The kitchen worked very well for us. Great location with a great Lunds grocery store nearby.

Everything we needed . We had 6 for Christmas dinner and it was perfect . Outside of more than 3 we would have loved another lounge chair in the upstairs . We did not use the basement other than bathroom . Also if had more seating down there would have been better . We had ages 70- 2 months old for one day and evening . Beds comfortable . Kitchen well equipped . Only disappointment was fireplace . It is gas but once we got it running it smelled very bad of natural gas . Turned off and notified host . They intend to have it looked at after our visit . It was fine but being for Christmas it was a big reason we chose it . Lovely safe neighborhood . Good parking on street . Nice stay left one night early due to winter weather coming in . Host was very responsive .
Tv was awesome and I brought my own decorations for Christmas

Pretty home. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood very safe and friendly. We came and went by the front. Quick walk to get stuff moved from car to door.If we were to come up here again, I would certainly stay here again.
