This modern artistic-styled 1-BR, 1-BA condo is walking distance (less than 100ft) from some of the best cocktail bars, restaurants, breweries, and arts. With your stay, you'll have complete access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TV, fast Wifi, and complimentary essentials. Enjoy!

The living room features exposed brick that spans the full space and comfortable furniture perfect for lounging or working from. The 50" Smart TV comes equipped with Netflix, Youtube, and Hulu (to name a few) for all of your entertainment needs. And the ultra fast WiFi ensures your work, streaming, or music is never interrupted!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. Brand New stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, fridge), a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and creamers, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and silverware make it feel like you're right at home.

The bedroom features a queen-sized 12 inch memory foam mattress with both soft and firm pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep every night. An exposed clothing rack and free-standing mirror allow you to unpack and get ready for your exciting adventures in OTR.

The bathroom includes all of the complimentary bathroom essentials you might need for your short or long-term stay, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, hair dryer, Q-tips, makeup removing wipes, and multiple sets of towels!

The condo features brand new washer and dryer units with complimentary Tide Pods, Downy Fabric Softener, and Bounce Dryer Sheets, so you can easily get the perfect load of laundry done during your stay.

We share a spacious patio with our neighbors that you are welcome to use on a gorgeous day out. Just please be mindful of noise at late hours!

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire condo, with enhanced security features to ensure both safety and comfort.

PARKING IS FREE! Simply display the laminated parking pass (located on the kitchen counter) on your dash and you're good to go. We simply ask that you remember to return the parking pass to its original location before checking out. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to return the parking pass will incur in a $30 dollar replacement charge to you as the guest. On peak hours (weekends), the adjacent parking lot may be full. You can choose to wait until a spot opens or pay for street parking elsewhere, which we will be happy to reimburse.

Note - this is a PUBLIC PARKING LOT, therefore you are parking at your own risk. We have a security camera installed to capture footage of any incidents should they happen, but the camera captures only the spots closest to the black gate entrance (next to the pay station). We recommend parking in those spots if you choose to park in this lot with our pass.

Other things to note:

Rest assured, the condo is professionally cleaned AND sanitized between each stay, as well as all consumables restocked for your convenience. If you should notice any issues upon arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will have it resolved right away!
