Thank you for your feedback, Joshua. We appreciated the opportunity to host your group and are glad you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for your planned activities. We understand that the lack of air conditioning may have been uncomfortable during your stay. As noted in our listing, our home — like most in Alpine — does not have A/C due to our mild climate, with only a short stretch of warmer weather each year. We do provide multiple fans and recommend closing windows and blinds in the early morning to help maintain cooler indoor temperatures. We’re sorry to hear you felt understocked on supplies. We do provide starter quantities of essentials such as towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee for guest convenience, and we’re always happy to provide clarification or assistance during your stay if something additional is needed. As for the yard, our property borders the Targhee National Forest and features native Wyoming landscaping — which can include natural grasses and seasonal insects, especially during peak summer months. That said, we’ll take your comments into consideration as we work to continually improve the guest experience.
