Your review is not fair and it is misleading. You contacted us about something being left on the balcony as the only unclean issue. We apologized for that and asked if you would like us to come look at the lights and the fireplace and you said no. Upon your departure we checked and did not find any issues. We are not able to control if the building had to shut off the water and the did not notify us first.

Thanks so much for coming to visit Ben, our team is always available if you need a hand and looks like we were in regular contact with you folks. There's some extra fans and we have some portable ACs for rent if you ever need as well. Please do come visit again
