This tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated residence is located in the SE part of Cape Coral, centrally within the 'Yacht Club Area'. The house offers plenty of space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The spacious pool area features a large saltwater pool & spa.

Grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping venues can be reached within a few minutes by car.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Over all it was a great stay. Unfortunately, the heater for the pool/spa didn’t work for the first week we stayed. That was disappointing as we have kids but the property manager was amazing to work with and made it right for us.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful newly renovated home and it is nicely decorated. The pool area was wonderful!! We loved the pool, hot tub and the large table with many chairs. The outside area could have been even better if the "deck " by the canal had been cleaned and if it had some nice furniture. The bed in the master suit was really comfortable!! However, the kids complained about hard beds in the smaller bedroom. We had a problem with the kitchen fan during our stay. It made a lot of noise so we couldn't use it. Unfortunately, it was not fixed during our stay. We would definitely come back! Thank you.

Great stay at Villa Tomaso

We stayed at Villa Tomaso for 11 nights and couldn't be happier. The house is fresh, the location is superb and everything was clean when we arrived. Check-in went smooth, as did check-out. The perfect house for a stay in Cape Coral.

Relaxing Getaway

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was nicely equipped with everything we needed and the pool was beautiful and relaxing in the evenings.

Cannot ask for a better experience!

We 've used VRBO to reserve stays every year for the past +/- 10 years. I've left my share of negative reviews and mostly no reviews. However, this particular property was very nice and the host was without a doubt the best host we've ever had. Starting with our late arrival and incredibly long day of traveling, Nadja messaged us to see if there was anything we needed before we arrived at nearly 9:00pm. I said, "WATER" we haven't had anything to drink all day due to turbulence in the air and no time between connecting flights... we were miserable. She offered to go to the grocery store before it closed to make sure we had water for our arrival. To add the icing to the cake... She turned on the hot tub and pool lights for our arrival. IT WAS A PERFECT END TO A LONG HARD DAY! Our total stay was 14 days and nearly all of it was spent in the covered Lanai next to the pool. I'm pretty sure we used that hot tub every single night and the kids swam everyday that they were there. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and the entire house was spotless upon arrival. If we weren't planning to move to Florida, we would definitely stay here again. Side note: We used our vacation for house shopping and didn't have a realtor lined up yet. Upon meeting Nadja (the host), we found out that she was in-fact a realtor. After talking with her for just a few minutes, we knew that we wanted her to be the one helping with our Real Estate search. She was so incredibly helpful and we can't wait to get back and see her again once we find our new Florida home!

Cape Coral Vacation Stay

We have been coming to Cape Coral for 4 years and this property was by far the nicest. Clean and very and very accommodating. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Management was very easy to work with and very prompt with request. Would definitely recommend this rental. Hopefully will be staying again. Thank you, Cheryl

Great spot

House is exactly as pictured. Pool was such an amazing perk. We didn’t have heater for first three days, but pool maintenance ended up resolving the issue. House is at a great location. Very peaceful and quiet living. Claudia was great and so helpful through our whole experience. Would definitely recommend

Awesome pool and nearby beaches!

The house was as nice as the listing said. The outdoor area wa very large and there was a nice table with plenty of shade. The pool and spa were so nice. We spent every afternoon floating around and reading. We visited Sanibel, Ft. Meyers Beach and the beach by the Yacht Club and chartered a boat out of Pine Island. All in five days. We will be back!

Great time

Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. Other than us having to put batteries in all the remotes for the ceiling fans and the pool controls, things worked just fine. The dock could be cleaned up and trimmed, as the bushes have way overgrown the sidewalk and dock posts. Overall it was a very comfortable stay!

It wasn't that good

The pool heater didn't work when we got there we had to wait three days for them to put a new heater... we had to keep checking up on it because it kept shutting off on us, Also when we were checking out the owner, management tried to blame us for the floor / which like he said is 15 years old / was wet and falling apart? Bad an bad experience, We stayed in all over Florida, this one was the worse!!!

Great getaway!

We stayed for 5 weeks at this property and it was a a great getaway. House was great overall. The pool was great! It's pretty large compared to some of the other homes we looked at. Only negative was the mattresses weren't the most comfortable for all of us, they were more stiff than we like. Also, the additional cost we had to pay for utilities at the end was another added cost we didn't think we would have since we didn't think we used too much electricity but with the air conditioning going all day it added up. Overall it was a great home and location!
