Great place to unwind and play. This is a modern home with a screened-in illuminating Lanai with a gas grill and outdoor dining. We are just a few minute's drive to Beaches, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Golf courses, parks, Preserves, boat launch, restaurants and shopping centers. 90 miles of bike trails start right out the front door.

Beautiful House

I have rented numerous properties in Cape Coral and this was the best so far. It has everything one would need. Wendy was always quick with responding ti any questions I had. Would definitely rent sgain.

Great Home and Pool

Two weeks in this lovely comfortable home was wonderful but not long enough. The pool was exceptional with plenty of deck chairs and lots of great floating loungers. Amenities in the house made our stay extraordinary but the pool was best by far over other places we have stayed. The owner was attentive but not intrusive. One of our best experiences in many years of travels. Highly recommend!

Excellent holiday home - would very much recommend!

We had a great stay in this holiday home. First of all the host was great - available to answer questions and very service minded. They had even decorated the home for Christmas which made us feel extra welcome. The house itself is located in a peaceful and quiet area and the house looks just like the pictures. Clean and nice! The heated pool was used a lot by the kids and there were toys they could borrow during our stay. All of us enjoyed our stay and if visiting the area again I would book it again! Can warmly recommend anyone who considers visiting Cape Coral to book this holiday home and enjoy your stay!

Amazing property!

We loved everything about this beautiful home! This was an adult only vacation and we had no plan’s except to relax and this house made it the perfect week! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and we just relaxed on the lanai, which was totally private, the entire week. Thank you Wendy for letting stay in your beautiful home!

Great Spot

We had a great time. The house is in a good area with lots of shopping and things nearby, The back pool is well screened so that you have privacy and with everything you need to just sit by the pool all day if you want. Would book again if going to the area next year.

Lovely vacation in a beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, and we wanted for nothing. We had a great time away, visiting several beaches and then enjoying the pool in the afternoons. The host was communicative and the check in and out process was easy. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. We are so thankful to have found this home for our trip and it has spoiled us for future rentals! If we visit Florida again, we would choose this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Peaceful and easy

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We've been coming to Florida with our kids the past several years and we would definitely come back here. The house was clean and the pool and backyard were perfect. It was so relaxing and beautiful.

Great time..

House was everything as advertised. TV had all the apps. The pool was quiet and private. Wendy was great and checked in with us to make sure all was well. I would rent it again for sure.

Lovely spot. As described!

Immediately impressed with cleanliness of the home. Well equipped. We spent a lot of time in the pool which had the perfect temperature. Pool area had lots of sun and opportunities to escape in the shade. Loved there was such a variety of pool accessories like noodles, loungers etc. Huge BBQ that was immaculate. We didn’t sit inside much but the sectional and dining spaces were comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and we felt quite safe walking. We explored all streets within a few miles of the house. People were friendly and helpful if we had a question. Great location for grocery shopping. Would recommend this lovely home.

Best place to stay in Cape Coral!

My 11-year-old's review: This was one of the best places my family and I had stayed in! The pool was so nice and heated, the place had good WIFI for watching TV, had nice bedrooms, and was not that far from the beach. We will stay there again! As we can see she loved the place:) My review: We enjoyed our Christmas vacation here at Wendy's place! It was even decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree ready for Santa. Wendy was very accommodating during our stay. Great hostess! The home was located in a very nice and super quiet neighborhood. We were not far from the main drag through Cape Coral so there were many convenient shopping and dining choices. The home is very spacious with a great layout. Very clean and well-kept. It had everything we needed. The lanai and pool were awesome! We spent most of our time out there. The landscaping is beautiful and makes the pool super private. You don't even realize there are homes right next door. The pictures do not do it justice. There were beach chairs and coolers available which made our trip to the beach even better. We don't do VRBO often because I'm always leery about the chance if I don't make a good choice. Take my word, have no apprehensions about this home or its location. Thanks, Wendy, you made for a perfect ending to 2023 for our family. Can't wait to visit your home again.

Best Month Ever

We couldn't have been happier with this property. The house was beautiful, spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfortable and their was a TV in all 3 bedrooms. The heated pool and area surrounding the pool was where we spent most of our awake time. It had everything from pool floats, chairs, tables, gas grill and an outside TV. Wendy was very proactive in communicating with us that we had everything we needed and responded to any questions we had immediately. Neighborhood was quiet, and we were in close proximity to so many restaurants and stores. Thanks again Wendy for making us "snowbirds" so happpy for a month.

Unpleasant odor

When we first checked in to the house, there was an odor which that reminded me of a house that had been shut up for a period of time. We noticed that each room had an air freshener device which sprayed at intervals. We found the fragrance offensive and turned them off and opened windows and the lanai doors to air the house out which seemed to correct the smell. The weather was cool, so the air conditioner was not required. Toward the end of our stay the temperature rose, and the AC started to work. We had been on the lanai and when we went back into the house, it smelled like a wet dog. I turned off the AC and the smell gradually went away. We assume the smell was the reason for all the air fresheners. If the temperature had been high during our time there, we would have left the house.

Relaxing Getaway

Everything You Need to Unwind

First of all, the communication from Wendy is off the charts. She really went out of her way to make sure we arrived with everything we needed. The property was spotless, well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a quick get away. The pool was fantastic as well. The added bonus of an outdoor TV allowed us to watch some preseason football while lounging in the pool. 10/10 for this property and would love an opportunity to stay here again if possible!

Amazing stay

My sister and her husband and my husband and I had an amazing two weeks at this lovely property which is extremely well appointed. All of our needs were met and the location is in a very nice neighbourhood. The pool is perfect within the very large screened lanai Fantastic place to bike ride. Definitely would love to return.

Great stay!

Great stay! This place is amazing. The owner thought of EVERYTHING! I have stayed at many beach rentals and this was by far my favorite. There was a bit of construction noise from the house being built, but rest assured they are almost done so it shouldn’t impact future stays.
