The condo was very clean and well taken care of. It was right across the street from the beach and the pool was well maintained. The grounds were in great shape with ample parking. Will definitely rent again if given the chance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family if 4. It’s close enough to walk down to the beach every morning with your cup of coffee. It’s just steps away from the pool. The grounds are well managed. We will definitely be back!

Overall a good place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice to be able to just walk across the street to the beach. The rental unit was clean and quiet. We weren't impressed with the quality of the pots and pans-coating was very scratched, which is not the healthiest. Also they were very stingy with the toilet paper only 1 roll in each bathroom. If we had stayed another day we would have had to go out to buy toilet paper. Bring your own if you're going to stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They had construction going on in the building. It caused a lot of early wake-ups. I don't blame the owner or the property for this. The location to the beach was good. Unfortunately the pier was also closed.
