Consider this quiet second-floor (top level end-unit) studio your home away from home while you visit Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach. The quick walk to the beach is only minutes away as the property is located directly across the street from a public beach access. While relaxing in the rocking chairs on the covered porch outside of the unit, you’ll even have a breezy ocean view!

This charming property features a cozy living room with a convenient queen-sized Murphy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and range provides an added amenity to prepare full meals or just a quick beach lunch. Also, a full bathroom includes a shower and bathtub for guests. With AC, heating, and a ceiling fan, you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather, making the studio a perfect rental year round. On-site free parking is also provided as well as use of a common area grill.

This rental is close to “The Point” in Cherry Grove which is known as a secluded, quieter section of the beach, with beautiful views of the inlet, diverse wildlife, and the perfect place for fishing and hunting for sharks teeth. The unit is also an easy five minute drive (or a half hour walk) to the Cherry Grove Pier.

You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Perfect getaway! Murphy bed was comfortable and easy to use. The beach is right across the road and it was fantastic!

My daughter and I stayed here on a long weekend. It was clean and a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. Talked with several neighbors in the complex who were all very nice!

The room and environment was perfect. Great spot for a couples retreat. The host was delightful and had the all the information you needed available to you before you arrived. I highly recommend.

The property was very clean and anything we needed for our stay was there. Our hosts were there to greet us and said if we had any questions be sure to give them a call. The location was great. We spent three days fishing off the Cherry Cove Pier. Next year we would like to stay for two weeks as one week did not give us enough time in the area. Excellent studio!!!

This property was perfect for my spontaneous getaway weekend. It is perfect for one or two guests and had all the necessities in the kitchen and bath. I loved being near the end of the road and beach. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfy! I would stay there again.

Great little place!

We were the first guests to stay at this property and we were very impressed. The owners have made excellent use of the space and it is very well appointed! Fully stocked with everything you need. Great for a weekend getaway for two!

Stayed 3 nights. Clear communication throughout process, instant response when I had a quick question. Check in process was easy. The unit was very clean and ac was on when we arrived. This is a small efficiency unit (as described) but decorated super cute; they really made the best of the small space so it was totally comfortable for the 2 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, bathroom had nice thick white towels and the shower was amazing; plenty of pressure and hot water. The rockers on the porch provided a nice, relaxing spot to sit outside and get some fresh air. The neighbors will chat you up outside (or it may have just been my husband who could talk to a brick wall lol) but they were all very nice and welcoming. The beach is a short walk away There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a short drive yet this end of the Grand Strand is less crowded and more relaxing than Myrtle Beach. Would definitely recommend this unit for single person or couple as it was a great place to just unwind and reset.

Property was very clean, with all the amenities you could need for 2 people. Murphy bed was very easy to use, with the videos provided by the owner, and more comfortable than expected. We would definitely go back to this property if we visited this area again.Beach:Steps to the public beach access, directly across the street. One warning for future beach goers, only umbrellas are allowed in this area, no tents or other shades, don't make our mistake and leave the umbrella at home!

Sorry the mold and mildew smell was bad. Need to keep the air circulating better than keeping the air set at 77 degrees, as what it was when we arrived. Then per the landlord put it back to 77 degrees when you leave.

Wow, Sheila. I’m very upset to hear this. We have not received any negative feedback from any other guests regarding any odors. In fact, everyone has commented quite the opposite and let us know how lovely the condo is. The air is set to 77 when the unit is unoccupied due to tight regulations recently put into place by the electric company. Guests are always welcome to adjust the temperature to their desired setting during their stay. I really hoped you would have commented on the many positives of the unit (proximity to the beach, tidiness of unit, furnishings, my prompt communication and offering to let you check in early, etc). My husband and I are new owners of this unit and are hoping to build our rental ranting but unfortunately, this review is an outlier and doesn’t align with any other reviews we have received. August 2025-3 nightsI always write detailed reviews so I apologize for the length.Location is good. Right across from the beach access. There is an easier access a little ways down toward 59th. Condo is SMALL (as indicated by host). I was by myself so was fine. 2 persons at most. Plenty of parking. On second floor so there are stairs. Older bldg but apparently condo was renovated. Decor is pleasing. Exceptionally clean. Couch (which folds out to Murphy bed) not all that comfortable but ok. Nice size TV with ROKU. Small table to eat. Small kitchen but has most of what you need. Small sink and stove. Frig has GREAT freezer good for making ice (4 ice trays). Bathroom good with nice shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Murphy bed was a little bit of a pain but OK once u get used to working it. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. WIFI was fine. Check in was easy and Amber was a pleasure to work with! Would recommend this property as long as 1-2 guests. Would return in the future.

Cute, fun perfect little studio. We loved how close it was to the beach. It is all you need, if you are there for the ocean. The host, Amber is wonderful & starts you off well. Cool place & the Murphy Bed is even cooler. Cute, little, everything.

Well, equipped and very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Perfect for one and/ or two people. It was very quiet. Very close to the ocean. It was just as advertised. The owners were very informative and easy to contact with questions, responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again.
