The place is nice and low key. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle be aware there’s only one slot and the second vehicle won’t be provided a tag and can be towed. Nice access to the beach, pool, and grills on site.

Awesome family vacay

Location was great. Property and unit was very clean. Was able to see many firework displays from sitting right on the beach. Wasn’t over crowded for a holiday week. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Will most likely plan another stay here in the future.

Was perfect! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great! Loved the nice beach chairs. The inly hiccup was our email got entered into the system incorrectly so I never got the check in information.

Beautiful beach, convenient location

The property was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The free and low cost transportation saved us having to rent a car.

Beach stay

We stayed here with our two children. The location was perfect- right on the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Lots of space for our family. Our only complaints were the minimal kitchen amenities (additional coffee cups, tumblers needed) and need for updated appliances (eg laundry and dish washer).

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! However the room does need some better curtains on the sliding glass doors and the mattress on the pull out couch desperately needs replaced.

Nice spot on St Pete Beach

The condo sits on a beautiful beach. It was clean and well organized. We loved the full kitchen and made a few meals there. The TV remote controls were a bit confusing -n but worked well once we mastered them (There are 3 TV's and each one was a little different) Would be happy to stay here again.

Great condo for a family

Great location and very spacious condo. Feels bright and beachy inside, kitchen is well-equiped. There are also beach chairs and fun things to use down on the beach. Unfortunately we weren't able to use any of it due to cold and rainy/windy weather but downtown St Pete and John's Pass was fun too.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you loved the condo and sorry the weather was uncharacteristically cool. We can offer you a discounted rental rate if you’d like to return in the future. We want our guests to enjoy a great stay in every way. We are always updating the furniture and furnishings at the condo. To that end, we plan on replacing the fridge in the next few weeks. Come again to enjoy the beautiful beach, the warm water, and the great nightlife!

Lovely, peaceful stay

The property is in good shape. In our condo everything worked, and it was wonderful to have chairs and an umbrella for the beach - tho be aware there are no beach towels. Balcony was very pleasant. The pool was nice and warm enough to swim in early March.

St. Pete’s Getaway

Good location. Friendly people. Pool was warm. We could have used some hangers for clothes. A few pods for laundry would be helpful also. Overall, we would stay there again.

St. Pete Beach is BEAUTIFUL! The water is a breathtaking gradient of blue- turquoise near the shore and deepening to sapphire as it reaches the horizon. The sunlight dances and shimmers across the surface of the water as your feet rest on the soft, sugar-white sand. The SUNSETS, oh my! No two are ever alike. They are so romantic as the sun sinks into the horizon and the sky dances with majestic colors.
