Home is clean, nice & cool on hot days, easy to get to. Elder friendly, not many stairs on main level. Quiet neighborhood, on site gated parking. All & all a nice spot to stay. I would stay here again.Thank you to the host

We had a very nice stay. The master suite bed was super comfortable and the bath and shower were fabulous. Plenty of cookware and a very nice gas stove. Complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to downtown and the airport. Communication with Monica was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The backyard is dirt and crushed asphalt. Its a small house built in the 50s thats been refurbished inside. Very central location. If you're looking for the Ritz, this ain't it.

Nice, clean, and convenient. All household necessities and some thoughtful extras were provided. The host was very responsive to any issues that arose. Highly recommend.

Inside of home was nice. Snacks and water were welcomed after long day of travel. However Garbage sat outside of house the whole duration of our stay. Kitchen minimally stocked. Only 4 forks no dish sponge

This cozy property is located in a quiet well-maintained neighborhood. I never once felt unsafe. The house is tastefully decorated and very functional with all the amenities. The master bedroom and bath on the main foor can only be described as opulent. The walk-in closet could literally be another bedroom it's so big. The downstairs is a basement thats been converted to 2 bedrooms, a bath with a shower and a 2nd living room. The beds are comfy- no notes : ). I feel I need to mention the floors are a bit squeaky and light sleepers in the downstairs could be disturbed. Overall this is one of the nicest VRBO properties I have stayed in. I would 100% stay here again.

This home was one of the most charming homes I have stayed in!! We were visiting Boulder for graduation and this house was only about 30 minutes away from Boulder or Denver. It was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. The host was great with communication even before our stay she answered messages quickly.The decor was adorable. The upgrades were beautiful. There was a TV upstairs and downstairs. The couches were quite small but that’s OK. We really did most of our sitting outside. The front yard is spectacular with real grass. The backyard was perfect for playing card games at the patio table after dinner. There was a propane grill which came in handy. There was a little basket with some snacks, and there was plenty of coffee and even some flavored creamer! The refrigerator in the kitchen has ice and water. The showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was really everything we needed!There were only a couple minor things that could possibly be issues for other guests like the really creaky floors. You could hear every step when you’re sleeping downstairs. there was not a lot of dishes in the kitchen. Also, just FYI only one person can take a shower at a time unless you want a cold plunge! But those minor nuances should not deter you from staying- I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the Denver area!

Wonderful! Quiet neighborhood convenient to freeway access. Great size rooms. Comfortable beds. Few snacks and waters were a nice touch. My husband said best shower he’s ever had! If I had just one request would be small fans for dysfunctional sleepers. Great place!
