Relax with your family and pets at this West Denver oasis. Experience the unique African decor and enjoy all the amenities you could think of including a massage chair! Located just 1/4 mile from the scenic Sanderson Gulch Trail, which winds along a stream for 5 miles through parks, you’ll find a natural retreat in the midst of the urban landscape. For entertainment, the Levitt Pavilion Outdoor Amphitheater is less than 1 mile away offering over 50 free concerts annually.

The space
The main floor of this home is all yours with 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Also, a full patio with grill, furniture, and outdoor games. You will also enjoy the massage chair in the living room! We are pet friendly, with a dog park nearby.

Guest access
The entire main floor of the home is open to guests. The basement is occupied by our family but has a separate, locked entrance.

Other things to note
1.5 miles from Overland Golf Course, the oldest running golf course west of the Mississippi. 3 miles from the University of Denver (DU).

Had a great stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding areas of Golden and Morrison. Ben was a wonderful host and the house was very clean and well stocked. The massage chair was a nice surprise and such a treat after a long day of walking around beautiful Colorado

Ideal place away from the chaos of downtown but close enough to get to where you want to go. Felt at home and had all the accommodations needed.

Ben and family were amazing hosts! They were quick to respond to questions. The house was clean with plenty of room for our family. I told Ben we would definitely look to see if his place was available if we were ever in Denver again. Thank you, Ben, for your hospitality.

Gorgeous house…pristine and well-stocked. Quiet neighborhood. My two sons, daughter-in-law and myself were very comfortable here for the week of Thanksgiving while visiting other family. Highly recommend!

Long weekend in Denver

The house was great! The house was clean, neat and the hosts thought of everything, from great recommendations locally (we tried both the restaurant and ice cream!) to little touches, like charging stations, coffee and creamer, tea, condiments and even a yoga mat. We also loved the massage chair after a long day out. The beds and pillows were super comfy too. We had coffee in the backyard one morning, it was peaceful and a great spot to relax. Highly recommend and we’d stay again!

Was pet friendly and very clean! Location was ideal for our purposes but did lack a fenced yard and had occupants below us in the basement, though with separate entrance. Appreciated the communication from the host and was seamless check in and out.

The owner made so smooth and easy. The place was perfect. Excellent communication and provided a bunch of suggestions during our stay. Quiet neighborhood but just a quick trip to downtown. Everything was within reach. Very clean, newly renovated. It was perfect.
