In the Country Club Estates section of South Rehoboth Beach, guests arrive at 306 Hickman Street for their vacation at the beach. Situated approximately four blocks to the beach, this rental home is just a brief walk to Rehoboth Avenue's many shops and restaurants. With two stories, this single-family house features room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. On the first floor of this vacation rental, guests are treated to a large, open kitchen and dining area, as well as the living space. 306 Hickman also has an option for single-level living, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms that share the second bathroom. If outdoor living is a must, then guests will love what this home has to offer - a screened porch and deck mean two great options for outdoor relaxing and dining! This is a non-smoking home.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $252.00.

Older place, perfect for two families and a beach vacation. 4 blocks to the beach are a bit long blocks, but it's the beach. Make sure you bring a cart, or borrow one from the shed which has a lot of beach gear in it. Nice house, great vacation. Can park on 2 spots on the property, as well as 2 parking passes for the street.

Cute house, great location, and comfy beds

The house was laid out nicely and large enough we had our own spaces with the kids taking over the upstairs. The screen in porch had a nice table and weather was nice enough we took advantage of that space throughout the day. The location. Was close to pickleball at the school, so we did that each day. And we walked to restaurants and the beach most days.

A little pricey but nice location. The interior is a little dated and had an odor upon entering the house, but it was very clean, which is the most important thing. Bought some candles and Lysol which took care of the smell! Beautiful screened in front porch. Plenty of fans throughout the house and ceiling fans also. Very comfy for my family. All in all, we would definitely rent again. All appliances worked!

This house was great! It's surprisingly spacious and it was easy to find space to gather as well as to be alone. The screen porch is lovely, and we spent a lot of time out there! The house was clean, and we found everything we needed to cook full meals in the kitchen. We were close enough to the beach and boardwalk to walk everywhere. There is parking on the property, but it is not super well marked so we ended up parking on the street and using the parking passes provided. We would definitely stay in this house again - we had a lovely time!

Wonderful spacious place for a family plenty of parking with the extra parking passes. I love the outdoor shower. I love the outdoor patio.
