Please take caution that this suite is located on the 2nd floor. Additionally, this tub/shower is unusually DEEP-great for a soak, but entering/exiting may be challenging for some. Please consider many of our other suites for easier mobility options.

IMPORTANT: Swank Suites is a boutique property featuring shared outdoor spaces designed for guests to relax, unwind, and gather. During your stay, you may occasionally see members of our hospitality team on the property, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance staff.



Our team works regularly to keep the grounds, gardens, and common areas clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for all guests. Whenever possible, maintenance activities are scheduled during normal daytime hours, and we make every effort to minimize any disruption.



Your privacy is important to us. Our staff will not enter your suite during your stay unless requested by you or in the event of an emergency.



Lost & Found policy:



1.⁠ ⁠We will hold found items for up to 30 days after your checkout date.

2.⁠ ⁠If you'd like the item shipped, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost plus a $25 handling and management fee, which covers locating, storing, and coordinating the return.

3.⁠ ⁠If you're planning to return to the area, we're happy to hold your item for pickup within the 30-day holding period.

4.⁠ ⁠Any unclaimed items remaining after 30 days may be donated or disposed of.
