Upstairs one bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other has two twin beds, with a full bathroom. Downstairs another full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed.

All instructions for parking and the property were clear and easy to follow, and everything was in good working order! Location of the property allowed us to walk to the places we wanted to go, we enjoyed our experience and look forward to a return visit.

Clean, comfortable place, lots of nice light in the bedrooms, large upstairs bathroom, well-stocked with towels, kitchenette very functional, and nice walk to Ashland attractions. Just what we needed/wanted for a long weekend trip.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation in Ashland. Well located, easy parking, comfortable beds, and everything was as advertised. The hosts are awesome, would definitely stay again. A experience.

Lovely property, poorly planned space. The kitchen makes no sense. Tiny sink with a work space, including a place to put washed dishes, of maybe 15 inches. Bedrooms are upstairs and there is a full bath downstairs, which really should have been dedicated to a kitchen. A half bath would suffice.

The property was spacious and lovely. There is dedicated parking right outside the unit. The Maple Apartment has two full bathrooms, a small kitchenette, a very nice dining area/living area, and two bedrooms. Everything was very clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would certainly stay there again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. It was a perfect location to access downtown Ashland, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park as well as restaurants and the food co-op. The unit was comfortable for 3 people and it was nice to have a little extra space and an extra bathroom. It was very clean and well stocked. The host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The place was perfect for our needs. Great location to experience all of Ashland and the surrounding areas. Walkable to so many places and sights. We did not need full kitchen so had what we needed for coffee and toasting bagels. Would have liked ice. Very comfortable queen bed and a fantastic bathtub.

Raliegh is a fantastic host, and reached out with wonderful recommendations for my sister and I during our visit! The apartment is very cozy, clean and well kept. The shared yard area is lovely, and feels very welcoming as you step through the laurel bush over the gate. We will be renting here again, and hopefully the weather will not be a winter storm so we can go on some of the hikes recommended!

We spent two nights here and had a lovely time. It's a very cozy, clean, comfortable suite. I wish the fridge was bigger but the owner has done a fabulous job of maximizing such a small kitchenette space.
