Courtside Cottage was the best home away from home. Comfortable bed, hot roomie shower, a well-equipped kitchen without a stove and WiFi. We also could charge our Tesla. We walked everywhere from the studio: dog-friendly restaurants and the OSF Elizabethan Theatre. Michael is a delightful host.

We loved this studio apartment and would come back anytime. Very clean and well designed, with a very comfortable king size bed. It is in the heart of Ashland restaurants and plays but is surprisingly quiet and feels like a little retreat. Michael was incredibly kind and helpful. Our friends came down from the Winchester hotel to play games in the shaded little garden area in the front and in the back. We will be back.

This was my first vrbo stay and it was arranged on short notice. The owner was very patient with my unfamiliarity with the process and multiple questions. The unit is very cleverly constructed with everything needed and in a fantastic location near downtown. Very accommodating for our dogs. My only regret is that we didn't have time to enjoy a glass of wine on the charming little patio. I hope to return.
